Pleasant and clean.

The room upgrade was great. I requested for a quiet room and they provided one that faced the pool instead of the street. Each floor has a water dispenser and this made it very easy. The room was clean. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

Despite not facing the main street, loud music was still very much audible until at some point in the night. I saw a cockroach near one of the food stations at breakfast. “Guests” were moving furniture in the room above ours (if you are Southeast Asian, you’ll understand what I mean by “guests”).

Either dinner the night before or breakfast made 3 of us sick. Violently sick. Staff were very nice however.

The pool was not clean and the bottom felt slimy and looked murky, we did not feel we could swim in the pool, the furniture around the pool also needed to be cleaned. The hotel is going green so doesn't use plastic liners in the bins, which is to be applauded, but the bin in the toilet needs to be made of a material that can be washed as the wood had absorbed the smell from the toilet paper. We had to buy air fresheners for our toilet.

Noisy!

The hotel was extremely noisy. Not only the traffic however also the local pubs & clubs along with guests in the pool making noise all through the night & into the early hours of the morning. The bed was very comfortable, room clean and staff friendly however sadly did not get any sleep due to the noise. Was expensive & would not return.

i request for a hard bed. they make it a soft bed. They add so many layer of soft layer. all they should have done is just turn around the mattress. The bed sheet is dirty and looks old. some time no reception staff at the reception counter.

The facilities and presentation of the hotel was great in comparison to the cost. It was great value for money. Great location!

The buffet breakfast had minimal options. We did not purchase it. The pool tiles falling off everywhere. Lift was not working.

Disappointing

the room first I stayed at the room very back. it has a very loud noise when raining. it woke me in the middle of the night. luckily the hotel receptionist was able to change my room from the very back to the middle.

WIFI connection is very annoying. any time you are in the hotel you have to manually connect although you have set your wifi to automatically connect. the restaurant's coffee machine was also broken. I was not able to drink my coffee at the restaurant.
