Comfortable, close to airport

Very clean and comfortable, wonderful staff in reception and room cleaning. Good air con, nice views from roof and pool area looked lovely.

Breakfast was rather uninviting, crowded with noisy guests who looked like workmen so few seats for single diners. Few options for westerners but I managed to fill up in the end! Staff not nearly as pleasant or helpful as staff in reception and room service.

Below my expectations

Staff were friendly and the location was great. The pool on the top level had lovely views. The room was satisfactory and beds were comfortable, but there was only 1 pillow per bed (2 singles).

The room has a strange smell as we walked in. We could have stayed but it was below my level of expectations so we moved after 1 night, instead of 3. You could hear the toilets above flushing and people doing their ablutions at all hours of the night - and we only checked in from our flight at 1.30am!!

The sheets were maintained daily and the room also cleaned daily by the staff. The location is near the beach and other places of interest.

The building is already old and shows signs of obsolescence. It is not properly maintained. The paints are smudgy already, the carpets discolored and worn out, and the lobby looks dim. The breakfast was terrible. There were only a handful of choices. They only put the minimal food in the tray. For example, they would put around 7 pieces of fried chicken, 15 slices of potato, 3 croissants, etc in a serving dish. Though they replenish them when consumed. However, it is not very appetizing to see slices of potatoes scattered on a serving dish (like 2 inches apart), or taking one croissant from a group of 3 pieces.

Great location near Airport, Beach and Central Kuta. Room was great and clean

So Close to the Discovery Mall and Airport. Was flyng to Java the next day so wante something close to the airport. Close to Resaurants, the beach and everything in Kuta.

Good price and location

Location to Waterbom park . Excellent price for a room as we didn’t need to stay the night we just wanted somewhere to leave our luggage and have a hot shower before flying back home

Disappointed compared to the Favehotel in Seminyak

The location was good

Comparing to the Favehotel in Seminyak, this one was pretty disappointing. The rooms were old and a bit uncared for, the breakfast wasn't as nice. I'd feel a bit more forgiving but this one is somehow more expensive than the much nicer one in Seminyak.

Good value for money Hotel for short stay

We stayed here to be close to Waterbom Bali. It was perfect, 5min walk. The restaurant was really cheap and the food was good. Had a nice breakfast included. The rooms were clean and comfy.

The pool area was closed, we couldn’t even see it as there were no lights at night. Couldn’t use the pool at all. We booked interconnected rooms but was put really far from our kids.
