Good hotel for surfers (big waves)

Breakfast buffet was great. The twin beds were comfortable and the staff at reception was very helpful with booking a transfer to the pier for our cruise. Swimming pools (3) very nice.

Water pressure in shower was weak. Balcony in the room would have been nice. Hotel is located on very busy Kuta beach, lots of partying going on, therefore noisy in the evening. Luckily we had a room facing the inside/swimming pool of the hotel.

Swimming pool was dangerous with lights not attached to the floor & walls with wires exposed & tiles off the bottom of the floor. The egg station was a joke had to wait longer than 30 minutes just for a fried egg. Would recommend having fried eggs already prepared and take request for omelettes & poached eggs.

Overpriced hotel long past its best days in need of a major revamp to justify pricing

Location / the more experienced staff very friendly & good English - comfortable bed

No view of sunset from sunset pool - derelict rear buildings surround rear pool- very noisy , traffic , downstairs music most of the day - some staff no idea of happy hour & poor English - breakfast run out of bananas most days - only 1 lift working - laundry turnaround time was not met , if in by 9am ready by 8pm

Good location and good swimming pools. Staff were lovely

Very poor maintenance if any done at all. Issues with curtains not be able to open for our extra cost Seaview rooms. Very noisy. Two aircon in two different rooms not working and TV sound vibrated. Reported all issues several times but nothing was fixed in the 12 days of our stay. The food was terrible and certainly do not do any of the buffet dinners or breakfast

Absolutely disastrous, disgusting rooms and very expensive for what it is.

The hotel room given to us was absolutely disgusting. It was dirty, the room was very dim. When we first got there, the ac was barely working. Upon complaining, they did fix it, but it still took a lot of time for the room to cool. The bed sheets were very low quality, the sink and tap was dirty. The floor was not the cleanest. Absolutely disgusting. The breakfast was not fresh and rather lackluster. The hotel looks absolutely nothing like the photos uploaded and at best would be a 3 star on maybe a good day. The price is also rather high as compared to local prices.

Overall a wonderful stay with excellent service

Good location. Clean with good amenities. 3 pools were a nice touch. Excellent staff who were very courteous and attentive.

Fridge was faulty. All drinks would be frozen in the morning and one bottled water even broke (exploded). No hot water the first night, however, this was quickly fixed the next day upon us reporting it. A la carte breakfast was a little slow.

The staff were great. The hotel is run down with broken tiles everywhere. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. Hardest bed I’ve ever slept in. Pillows were huge and lumpy, we had no hot water for two days there. I couldn’t wait to leave

Breakfast: Not much choices for Foreigners. Very basic food. Coffee machine was not working the time I went. When asked for a coffee. the coffee brought to me was with spoilt milk. How could this happen? I was very annoyed.

Room. The first room was 2010-I got to the hotel around 10pm and my room was flooded with water. No one has checked it. I had to be moved to 2019. 2019- shower handle was broken. Had to call a person to fix it.

The actual hotel didn’t look like the picture. This hotel needs a lot of renovation. One of our suites doesn’t have hot water, leak faucets, the door doesn’t close properly and a lot of broken area on the wood floors. The service from the restaurant needs a little improvement especially on food delivery we have to wait more than 30 for foods.

Brilliant!

The property is very well located, right in front of the beach and is very well maintained. The room was quite nice and had a lovely sea view. The service at the property is also incredible whether it’s the room service, cleaning or restaurant, the bar or the cafe, every staff member is super kind. The hotel area has many convenient stores, spas and food places as well which made the stay even better. The breakfast at the hotel was also really good, many options to choose from. Overall, it’s been a great experience!

Budget stay at Kuta

This hotel offer the best price at the great location in Bali. If you are into non stop activity with friends and family, the Kuta is the answer. What is great with the room that I stayed in, was the comfortable bed. Breakfast is not bad and could be better. The staff are amazing people and I would say it's typical Balinese friendliness. They are helpful and very polite.

The hotel is old. They should have done some renovation. The faucet, the mirror, toilet, are showing signs of wear and tear. Please fix it. It is not a show stopper if you are on a budget, but really - this is not a Wyndham quality of hotel.

1.its on the far end of kuta beach road 2. Shower not powerful ,very slow thrust of water 3. Shower gel shampoo etc bottles attached in the bath were very inconvenient to use 4 I booki a sea view balcony room ,there was no coffee table but they gave only two chairs ,was finding a place to keep my things and my cup of coffee and used the other chair instead ! 5.needed to change dollars to Indonesian currency late at night as I needed some in emergency ,the receptionist (male) on late night duty said the hotel didn’t have the facility to do so.this was a first for me as usually hotels do change currency to a limit with a slight higher exchange rate for room guests which is acceptable when you need some in dire situations. 6.only gave me two 300 ml bottles of water per day ,usually hotels of such stature atleast give four bottles of 300-500ml bottles per day given the room category I had booked
