Great location, price point and friendly staff.

The pool area needs new bed lounges and a bit of maintenance generally and safety to get in and out of the pool as the steps were wobbly for older guests. The top level pool is unsafe and easy to slip if you’re not careful.

Location good for bars / restaurant and shops Room was modern but balcony wasn’t worth it for a pool view , Could not see any pool due to high wall ! Staff very nice and pleasant.

Breakfast was very poor , eggs ok , had to ask for bacon which was cold behind the counter. No pastries, cakes dry , muffins looked like a child had made then ! No choice . Butter was actually margarine! Coffee was not nice . Spa was over priced , double price than next door had one and not impressed ! No water given to drink and oils not washed off post massage .. room made was poor, 6/7 days we had to call him due to not replacing items ie, towels /water /toilet roll. Yes we didn’t pay a high price but that was due to a discount ! And the stars it give did not match the service . Pool was ok / spa looked tired and seating cushions were ripped and dirty . Went to a DJ sunset night ? No DJ just music from the bar man as all ways ? Didn’t stay in the hotel much due to these issue .
