Comfortable clean and friendly hotel

The location to Kuta beach and our favorite places to eat.

It was lovely, a few minor things. The front entrance ramp was steep and no option to use the step just ramp. When wet was slippery. Doorman was very help and friendly assisted me down the ramp. Pool bar prices high so didn’t go to pool a lot.

The hotel is in a great location, staff wonderful, the manager Ari is very helpful.

It was in a good location, Starbucks next door and shopping centre less than 5 minutes walk away. Complimentary beverage lounge, wonderful staff and welcoming ambience

Room hygiene could have been better as the A/c filters to the room had not been clean in a while. Air quality was very poor to a extent where i could not breath. Staff cleaned it air quality improved but it was time to go home holiday spoilt as we got sick from it

Good location, right opposite the beach, few minutes walk to the mall and massage place around

My room at level 3. Somehow it was noisy during midnight and early morning where I can hear noises on top of the ceiling. Not sure is it due to staff setting up tables in the restaurant at level 4. A bit disappointed with the pool view as there is renovation right in front of the beautiful view and its dusty.

The location is great in the centre

The smell of the corridors is horrible like humidity. It seemed old not really like a 5*. The sink was blocked and when i washed my hand a horrible smell was there from the drainage but they fixed it immediately

Location was great, having a balcony over looking the beach was awesome, perfect for people watching. It was extremely hot out on it in the afternoon until sunset. Our room was lovely but it is showing its age. The Staff were amazing, nothing was a problem.

I wouldn’t come back

Had one of the suites and it was very spacious and we had a view of the ocean. Staff was very friendly and went all out for us because it was our honeymoon.

Interior was dated, balcony was weathered, windows were not cleaned which ruined the view just a little. Pool area wasn’t that nice - again very dated and weathered. Loud and busy street in front of the hotel and the beach is filled with people trying to sell you stuff. Not as enjoyable as other parts of Bali.

Delightful for a central Kuta stay. Close to everything!

The hotel location is amazing, right across the road from Kuta Beach and everything you could want to see is within walking distance. The pool and gym were great. The bed was super comfy, and the pillows are like clouds. Absolutely loved the large bathtub - perfect for a romantic getaway. Staff are all friendly all the time.

Our room didn't have an outdoor-facing window. It was a window pointing to the lift area, which was a high-traffic area, meaning we had to keep the curtain closed all the time for privacy. I'd suggest paying a little extra and booking a room with an outdoor balcony. And the hot water in the shower ran out on one morning (I'm assuming the system is shared with other rooms), but you don't expect that for a room at this price point.

This was luxury beach front accommodation with a plunge room Enjoyed the staff who gave me a welcome gift and the ability to get my clothes washed and cleaned before leaving

Best hotel Kuta , I’ve stayed at many , it was clean , the bed was soft and super comfortable. Wide variety of an awesome breakfast. We had the plunge pool it was awesome friendly staff I definitely be back again , great location!

Heritage steeped in history

Hotel is somewhat outdated reception dark gloomy and no ambience..the entrance from the lift from street gives an air of mystery as you navigate the long curved walk. Then you reach reception area. Gloom. I arrived an hour early and was invited to sit in a meeting room to enjoy free refreshments. Another gloomy area with no appeal. My room was well appointed very clean. I believe non smoking wing. Remnants of stinking stale cigarette smoke smelt through out. My view was the view of a magnificent boat in the middle of building. Mostly I ordered room service. Hit and miss with the telephonist taking my order to placing it with kitchen what you actually got was a different spin However, still tasty and delish. Pool area.. warm and view spectacular. Great poolside service. Breakfast - 10 out 10. You wanted for nothing. Eat small start at the West and finish sampling the North of the Buffet select They had it all. Fresh delicious sustainable food. Staff pleasantly friendly.
