A lovely hotel in a quiet spot in the miiddle of everythg

Nice hotel in a good area close to the beach and everything. The location is great, very quiet but right in the centre. Decent breakfast, apart from coffee. VERY comfortable beds, nice pool with a bar serving cocktails and food. i would stay again.

The breakfast coffee is terrible! The cleaners start really early, like 8 am and are very noisy. I think the management forgets that we are on holiday and don't want to wake up so early. This might be less of a problem in bungalows, but definitely a big issue in the rooms.

Great weeks stay at Kuta Puri Villas!

We recently stayed in one of the villas. The hotel set up 2 extra beds for us in the living room for our children. There was still ample room. The main bedroom was massive so plenty of room to lay out suitcases etc. Private Pool was great, main pool was great with swim up bar and plenty of cocktails on order. Room service was great. Staff were really friendly.

Breakfast could be better Toilets next to dining room needs to be renovated asap.

Horrid couldn’t wait to get out of there

They had their gardeners whipper snipping right next to our room on New Year’s Day at 7am in the morning after getting home at 3.30. Told them to stop and they did but came back 1 hour later and started again. Then the next morning started again people don’t need to be woken up at this hour that is why it is called a holiday. The room wasn’t the one we asked for it was a disaster. Never ever will I stay there again. Breakfast was just horrid baked potatoes fish crap like that. Never again

I always stay at Kuta Puri great location great breakfast close to the mall the beach and various restaurants and shops. It’s little paradise tucked way in the middle of Kuta.

Conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and short walk to shopping centre. The resort itself is down a laneway and very quiet. There is a lot of open garden space surrounding the pool area. It is peaceful and although it is an older resort, it has a beautiful Balinese charm. Our children loved the pool area and sun beds.

We had a family room and the kids bathroom had a shower above the bath. The shower was not usable as the shower head pointed out of the bath and couldn’t be adjusted to point down. The beds were comfortable. Everything was very clean.

Ive stayed in a dozen places in Kuta, this is now my 'go to' Kuta accommodation!

This is now my new 'go to'place in Kuta. It is close to everything...(ie it is central Kuta), a short walk from the beach and shopping centre and yet is quiet and 'green'. The pool has a swim-up bar, but fortunately, it doesn't have loud music. Rooms are huge! Room rates are good for the location, room size and services.

I've stayed in a dozen different middle to higher-end accommodations in Kuta, Kuta Puri is the best 'value for money'. That being said, the airport shuttle price of A$25 is at least $10 more than Grab for the same ride.

Great place with a few major problems

Excellent property with large rooms. Very comfortable. Beautiful landscaping. Good restaurant and bar too

No hot water! Cold showers are no fun. Also, the curtain in the dressing area does not cover the whole window so any passer by can see into the dressing area. Makes you wonder why a hotel would allow this???

OVERALL SATISFIED

Definitely the location, and the facilities, you have everything you need, I.e. restaurant, 2 outdoor public pools with a pool bar even though we didn't use it due to the weather ( raining) the whole time.

The price, I believe it was too expensive for what we got. The location 10/10 you have poppy lane 1 and 2 aswell as the mall being 10 minute walk and Kuta beach.

This hotel so doesn’t worth this price, the room is old, they have a mini hair drier that needs 30 min to dry your hair, they dont have the basics as skin lotion nor hair softener. The pool os average and they definitely dont have the infinity pool that they state they have in their website. No gym. Very limited breakfast

Little oasis amongst the chaos of Kuta. Gardens are always immaculate, staff are kind and friendly, very clean resort, good sized rooms, very comfortable beds. Only around 200 metres to beach, lots of choice for restaurants close by, and short walk to Beach walk mall.

Pools were great food and bar great. Balcony rooms are average along with bathroom. I am not one for a shower curtain. We changed to a superior cottage and that was the bomb.

Lovely place with nice staff

We only stayed one night for close proximity to the airport. The stay was lovely. The grounds are gorgeous and the pool area is nice. The location is good if you’re keen to be near the busy part of the beach. The staff were kind and helpful.
