The staff at this hotel are so lovely and helpful - I like how this hotel is directly across from the beach and the rooftop bar is very fun

A genuinely honest review — because what matters most is not perfection, but how a hotel responds.
From arrival, the staff were kind, attentive, and true to their word — a clear reflection of strong management. During my 5 nights, I felt cared for and respected throughout.
On the first night, I noticed a small amount of mould in the room, which affected me as I’m quite sensitive. I mentioned it, and despite the hotel being busy, the team handled it beautifully. They followed through and moved me to an upper-level room, which was perfect. Their willingness to make things right really stood out.
The facilities are excellent — rooftop pool, beach access, and complimentary washing machines and dryers, which is a huge bonus when travelling. The cleaners were also fantastic.
The food was very good with healthy options available, and the coffee was excellent.
I’ve stayed in many places across Bali, and for the price, this is easily a 10/10+. I would absolutely stay again, whether travelling solo or with family.
Highly recommend.
I am quite sensitive to mould, and in the initial room I could detect a very small amount. It was minimal and likely wouldn’t affect most guests, but it did impact me personally.
That said, the team handled it very well and moved me the next day as promised. I would simply recommend that guests with sensitivities request a higher-level room in advance.

Some building work going on, making it a bit noisy, which was a bit unfortunate,
