I can recommend this hotel, it was good value for money, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Location was good. Excellent air conditioning in rooms. Breakfast was delicious and restaurant was very reasonably priced. Beautiful manicured gardens. Large pool and also great access to beach.

Needs more cupboards/drawers. Outdoor furniture would be nice for ground floor rooms. Pool needs an upgrade or at least a good clean around the edges as it looks mouldy. However the water was always crystal clear. This hotel would not be practical for a person with mobility issues. There is no lift and stairs are unavoidable.

Fantastic girls trip , Pelangi looked after us

The property is excellent, pool is great with swim up bar, good breakfast . The rooms are spacious with good showers and bathrooms . Right on the beach where lots of restaurants bars are located . There was 13 of us and we all had the best time here .

We loved the location on the beach, easy walk to shops, restaurants and bars. Staff were outstanding they are helpful and friendly. Loved the beach towels for using at the pool. The service to the sun lounger was excellent.

It takes a long time to get to activities like the zoo, ATVs etc.

Great location just a small road away from the beach, local and walking distance from all bars restaurants and shops, an older property approximately 25 years old but lovely traditional Balinese style. Staff very friendly and it’s kept very clean. Beautiful sparkling clean pool.

Perfect

The position - it’s right on the beach, the rooms are clean with newly renovated bathrooms, the restaurant is great, the pool is clean and a great swim up bar, and the staff are so lovely and polite and friendly. This was our 4th stay and we will always go back.

Old not maintained hotel.

Staff is super friendly, rooms are clean, location is good the hotel is located on the beachfront, giving access to the ocean, however, it's not private, you have to cross a motorcycle road to access the beach.

The hotel is old and not well-maintained, pool tiles are missing which is a potential hazard, restaurant food is average, we ordered a few times and it was of poor quality, breakfast selection is average too. In first 2 days of our stay we had issue with water in the room, first was low pressure, and after that it completely stopped, after my complaint on 3rd day they fixed the issue. The kettle pot in the room takes a good 15 minutes to boil the water, its very old. They do have shuttle buses to Seminyak Square and Kuta but only once a day, which is inconvenient. We reach to hotel at 14:15 and our room was not ready. Overall im not going to book this hotel once again.
