The staff are fantastic, they can’t do enough for you. The resort has a traditional Bali feel. Unfortunately at this point in time the resort only has the Villas available for accommodations, which makes the resort feel empty, at times we felt like we were the only guests. The resort needs quite a lot of maintenance as they are still recovering from Covid which is a real pity as it should be the most spectacular resort on the beach in Seminyak. When I enquired with staff they said there was no current plans for any major renovations. If we were to go back to Bali tomorrow would I stay here again, absolutely.

Great location! Right on the beach and only a close walk to shops. Property is undergoing some renovations so was quiet, with not many guests, which we liked. We had a private pool with our villa that we used a bit, the main shared pool was huge with nice little areas for kids to play who cannot yet swim. The resort’s restaurant only catered for breakfast and lunch. The staff were lovely and food was reasonable but they were never busy due to minimal guests, so not a huge variety on the menu.

The villa was absolutely fantastic, pool clean and in a great area. Restaurants all along the beach, close to shopping precinct, what is there not to like about this villa.

This property was barely functioning, we saw one other guest. There were no staff and no facilities - restaurant not open, one person on reception and there appeared to be men living under the main reception building - it was like a ghetto and felt very unsafe. This used to be a beautiful hotel - would now not recommend.

The villas w private pools are the only accommodation available abd they are huge and great vakue for money. They are set right on Seminyak Beach. The hotel rooms are closed. Lots of bars and restaurants closeby along Seminyak Beach. Top value for money. Villa rate is very affordable for what you get, and the location is amazing. Great find. Friendly staff.

The hotel was under renovation, so only the villas were open. The main pool was open but the restaurant was closed. However, there were so many good food options nearby it did not affect us. Loved the privateness of the villas and they were in good shape. Not a ton of staff but they were very responsive to our needs. And loved being right next to the beach.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Our villa was spacious and clean. The resorts was not fully operated, so some amenities were not available but we still had a memorable time. The staff was very helpful and friendly!

This is a property that is under renovation…. Areas are just very dangerous to go to. Very tired and definitely would not recommend for the money that I paid! There is a nice young guy at the front desk. He did his best with limited resources!

We absolutely loved our stay, from the service, to the rooms and amenities we could not fault it. The position is perfectly situated, the buffet breakfast is amazing and the grounds on which it is situated are absolutely stunning. Highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be returning .

The garden pool was lovely and we virtually lived in it most days. The gardens are beautifully kept and such a pleasure to walk around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best I have ever seen. But.... it was pretty gutting that we didn’t end up with a garden view but a bamboo shielded wall of the next hotel. Our bathroom sink wouldn’t empty from the word go and the room smelt terribly of mould and damp and it took 24 hours to them to move us into a different room.....still looking out onto the wall of the next hotel.

Had a wonderful holiday with my daughter. The hotel and grounds were beautiful, but a fair distance from our room to breakfast and pool area. Some people would find this a bit difficult.
