The breakfast was great 👍

The checking was done not in a professional manner. They try to give me a much cheaper room I booked a room with a sea view and they try to give me a main floor room with a pool view. The check in time was 3 pm I get my room at 3:30 pm and even then I was not put on the room I paid for!!! It was a sea view but not with the great terrace I saw in the picture when I booked it. 😥

Rather old and spartan. Was surprised by how bare the room was. For $88 per night, it didn’t feel good value at all. No lift as well. The water from the shower tasted salty!

The New Year’s buffet was appreciated, and the pool and garden were nice.

This would not be my first choice of hotel. We stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room and had ongoing issues with the toilet, which was blocked & often would not flush properly—even requiring an engineer at 3AM. The bathroom also a bit smelly so we left the fan on most of the time, the shower floor was a little slippery so be careful. The Wi-Fi was unreliable despite 2 wifi access and mobile reception in the room was very weak. Service was inconsistent; at times we had to call reception several times just to receive fresh towels. The tap and shower water were salty, which may be normal for a beachfront property but is still worth noting. This review is based only on our room, not the villas. We had to change our towels too, as the newly provided towels had yellow stains 🤢

Fantastic stay! We stayed there and hopefully will come back again!

Staff were amazing. Location beautiful. Room was cleaned every day. Arik, the cleaner was great. Lots of choices for the breakfast. Pool and bar were fantastic. Beach is just across the street and Seminyak central few minutes away. It is our second year in the row to stay in the Puri Saron hotel, and we hope we will come back again.

Location is perfect. Right at beach. New Year’s Eve party -food amazing.

Bed and pillows old and hard. Had to pay extra for a bed for child even though we booked for 3. Food average.

The location was perfect direct beach access and walking distance to a variety of restaurants. The staff were friendly always greeting you when walking past and often remembering your name.

Fantastic location. Amazing staff! Loved the pool. Found out from another person staying that we could have asked for a mattress topper, which we would do next time. Great value for money. We got inter connecting rooms which worked perfect for us as 3 adults. Would definitely stay here again ❤️

Great location for the price!

We have stayed before and love the location, being directly on the beach and a short walk to our favourite restaurants. We also love the gardens, it's like an old bali resort!

The rooms could do with a bit of a makeover, the bathrooms mostly. The hot water was inconsistent in the shower and pressure no good.

We have stayed here many times, it's a family favourite. Nice resort, close walk to a main street and backs onto the beach with many restaurants.

2 of the 4 beds seemed to have a slight bad smell this time, linen was clean though.

Breakfast was nice as were the grounds.

We arrived late at night after flight, to a room that was mouldy & dirty, very disappointing. We asked reception for a new room and were moved thankfully. The whole hotel really is quite rundown and would not be inclined to stay there again.

Extremely rundown. I arrived to a strong smell of disinfectant and a covered drain in the bathroom. I stayed one night before picking up my towel and finding a rat in it. The rat didn't run away. I left. The hotel changed my room. The second room didn't smell but was still rundown with old stained sheets and towels. Non existent security and a lot of young drunk Australians. I felt unsafe and wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We were moved 3 times in 4 days Our room was painted while out due to aircon replacement, it was not habitable. We arrived home from dinner and instant headaches, left luggage moved to a room then following day moved to room. The shower was cold, we didn’t get a hot shower.
