A bubble of peace with staff who really care

The location is great, very convenient for Legian, Seminyak etc, and it is like a little bubble of peace within all the busyness of that area. You can sit on your chairs outside your room and have a meal or whatever you like, look at the big leafy greens on the property wall opposite you, extremely relaxing, peaceful. You can walk down to the beach in 10 mins, everything is conveniently available. The staff are very helpful, especially most of all Suriya; her English is superb and she is so friendly, you can chat away about anything with her and she will look after you really well and make sure you get anything you need. More than just a job you can tell she cares about the guests as people. When I randomly decided to leave Legian three days early for no justifiable reason, she still helped me get a little bit of refund; this is really above and beyond, the big fancy hotels don't do that sort of thing. But she knew I was having a tricky time cos she actually talked to me so she went the extra mile. That's the kind of "service" that money can't buy.

The facilities were a wee bit tetchy, the hot water wouldn't turn on sometimes, the light switches could be a bit hit and miss, but you can't really complain for the rock bottom price at this location. And the staff do everything they can to fix things up.

Lovely Balinese accommodation in great location

Great location and excellent value for money. Balinese style accommodation in small lush garden is a little oasis just around the corner from busy street. Self catering apartment with small sitting area, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom make this perfect accommodation.

Great location, down a little street, very quite yet walk just 50 metres and you’re in the madness of Seminyak. Brilliant location. Spacious room, basic yet all you need. A little run down but personally I like that about it. Lovely staff, both Wayan and Surya 🙏

Noisy maybe too near to the main road and also we were staying down stay can hear upstairs people walking and running around ! , and the bathroom hot water turned cold in 3 mins .

Location is good very accessible to much places we needed, LG floor is good for us family with kids, room space is big with terrace, small pantai area with simple kitchen equipment and indoor small living area. The hotel service staff is awesome, fantastic and very helpful.

Washroom need a major renovation, rain shower no pressure at all, shower rain water is not strong enough to take a shower. Ceiling keep falling something strange things, mosquito all over the room. Main door to the room the door locked need to change I don't feel safe during night sleep.

Amazing place to stay in a great location!

I checked in at 5am due to my flight being delayed and they were there with a positive greeting to check me in. Surya was so friendly and went out of her way to make my stay as good as possible. The location is amazing in walking distance to lots of restaurants, the beach and a great supermarket. This was amazing value for money!! 100% recommended!!

Surya, Andy and the staff of De Puspa Residence were incredibly friendly. My wallet got lost on my first day in Seminyak and they helped me out a lot and were really kind ☀️! The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable.

Everything. Great location, six minutes walk to the nearest beach, Double Six Beach. Even though it's centrally located, the place was very quiet for good night sleeping. Staff were lovely, friendly, breakfast served at my terrace. Spacious studio apartment in a well maintained, beautiful tropical garden. Everything was and looked exactly as shown in the pictures. Plenty of restaurants, shops nearby.

I was arrived in the middle of the night , and surprisingly shock because the room soooo huge and it has a bathub! very relaxing after long flight. the room has its own living room , the internet super fast, towel clean! hot water, clean room, comfy bed, circle k just 5 steps away and 24 hours, and it's surrounded by luxury hotel. 100 meters to seminyak beach! good for morning run they're very humble and welcome, help me to rent a motorbike and take care of my luggage. thank you for the hospitality

they don't have pool , but why you need a pool when you have an entire ocean just 100 meters away? . and you can bring your own disinfectant spray

Nice location, the staff are super nice and the cleaning service is amazing. I liked that the room was big and was equipped with a kitchenette so you can make your own meals. The issues I had were immediately solved. Thanks! That's the best location I have been to in Bali got that price

There are no serious disadvantages. There was a bit too little daylight The airco in my room wasn't strong enough but we solved the issue

Emplacement parfait près des boutiques et des restaurants mais au calme. Personnel très agréable et aidant. Très grande chambre avec terrasse. L’hôtel vieillit avec des équipements qui méritaient d’être un peu modernisés. Mais cela reste un détail car très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Le petit déjeuner n’est plus disponible depuis quelques années alors qu’il figure encore sur la page de l’hôtel. Mais une fois la réservation faite, il est bien spécifié qu’aucun repas n’est disponible.
