Looked after me there very well . Cared about delivering good service , weren’t immediately trying to grab the money and allowed me to leave my bags and drinks with reception on the day I was leaving. Definitely not perfect but for the price the bungalow was great, showerand toilet was clean , staff were great and genuinely care about the customer much more than surrounding villas. The bungalow was a great purchase
Tv didn’t work but I wasn’t going to watch it anyways.

The location is great, very convenient for Legian, Seminyak etc, and it is like a little bubble of peace within all the busyness of that area. You can sit on your chairs outside your room and have a meal or whatever you like, look at the big leafy greens on the property wall opposite you, extremely relaxing, peaceful. You can walk down to the beach in 10 mins, everything is conveniently available. The staff are very helpful, especially most of all Suriya; her English is superb and she is so friendly, you can chat away about anything with her and she will look after you really well and make sure you get anything you need. More than just a job you can tell she cares about the guests as people. When I randomly decided to leave Legian three days early for no justifiable reason, she still helped me get a little bit of refund; this is really above and beyond, the big fancy hotels don't do that sort of thing. But she knew I was having a tricky time cos she actually talked to me so she went the extra mile. That's the kind of "service" that money can't buy.
The facilities were a wee bit tetchy, the hot water wouldn't turn on sometimes, the light switches could be a bit hit and miss, but you can't really complain for the rock bottom price at this location. And the staff do everything they can to fix things up.

Great location and excellent value for money. Balinese style accommodation in small lush garden is a little oasis just around the corner from busy street. Self catering apartment with small sitting area, bedroom, kitchenette and bathroom make this perfect accommodation.
Some minor repairs needed but nothing that spoilt the stay

Location is good very accessible to much places we needed, LG floor is good for us family with kids, room space is big with terrace, small pantai area with simple kitchen equipment and indoor small living area. The hotel service staff is awesome, fantastic and very helpful.
Washroom need a major renovation, rain shower no pressure at all, shower rain water is not strong enough to take a shower. Ceiling keep falling something strange things, mosquito all over the room. Main door to the room the door locked need to change I don't feel safe during night sleep.
