Fantastic accommodation!

I had an excellent stay here. I found the staff to be genuinely friendly and kind, and kept the place spotless and running smoothly. The location can’t be beat. You’re close to the beach, bars, and restaurants, but tucked away down an alley so it’s quiet. My room was huge and provided all the space I could want. My wifi was also very strong. Great accommodation and I highly recommend it.

You would stay here for the location, shops, restaurants and beach all nearby. The spa at the entrance was also very good.

The villa was outdated and needs work. The shower pressure and spout wasn’t very good. The kitchen amenities were very basic and old.

Great hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Location is great, right next to a large amount of shops and restaurants/bars. Staff are very friendly and there is a lovely spa on the hotel grounds that probably should be promoted more.

Not a negative but more information regarding our stay would be useful when checking in regarding breakfast times, check out times, spa etc as they are all great things that the hotel offers so they should promote it more.

Horrible. Dirty. Mould

Location and the staff.

Honestly pretty much everything. When we got to our room it smelt of mould very wet and stale. When laying on the bed we could smell mould checked our pillows and had so much black mould over 2 pillows on our bed, we messaged to get them replaced, they replaced them with more mouldy ones, went downstairs and they were trying to find two without mould but just kept pulling more out with mould on them, they finally found one without mould and another without mould but had brown stains on it, the next morning they came up and replaced all our bedding. Bathroom is very outdated and dirty as, the drains didn’t drain so every shower we had the bathroom turned into a bath, the bath towels had holes in them also. Overall the rooms are really dirty and did not feel pleasant. Just mouldy, and wet smelling with a shower that wouldn’t drain

The Pool is amazing 🤩 Sun all day.

The ground floor pool room access room I was placed in, the Air-con had issues and the room had a sever damp issue. There were anti damp bags in the closet full of water showing just how damp the room was. Thankfully I was moved to another room, no further issues.

Lovely stay in peaceful resort in the middle of Seminyak

Kusuma was in a great location central to Seminyak, but far enough off a side lane that noise isn’t an issue. We were able to check in early as room keeping had already been done. The pool was perfect and the grounds very quiet - felt very peaceful considering the hustle and bustle of the street only 200m away. Family deluxe room was very big, plenty of space. It was clean and the beds very comfortable.

The bathrooms were quite old, could use a facelift (lots of scale build up, marks, chips, cracks). Would be nice for management to keep drunk, rowdy people under control in the early hours. We were awake for an hour one night because some people decided to bring the party home, and made the corridors outside the room their personal space-was very loud and obnoxious, nothing seemed to get done about keeping them accountable for not impacting everyone else’s comfort.

Fantastic value for money and location.

We have stayed before and always have a fantastic time. The hotel is wonderful and in a perfect location. The staff go above and beyond and their service is exceptional. The gardens and pool are always immaculate and beautifully kept. The rooms are large and spacious with comfortable beds, pillows and crisp fresh linen. I highly recommend this place to stay as it is a fantastic price.

Great value for money, a quiet oasis in the heart of crazy busy Legian.

This hotel is great value for the money. The rooms are super spacious and clean with big balconies. It's a quiet oasis in the middle of the busy Legian/Seminyak. You can walk to the beach in 7 minutes. Now that they've built the new walkway on the beach, you can actually go for a relatively long run or walk in the morning or evening.

nothing to complain about. I will stay here again when I return to Bali.

The welcoming and very helpful staff. The size of the pool. The quietness of resort although it was close to the business. The size of the room! The comfortability of the bed. The balcony and outdoor furniture. The cleanliness of the hallways and wideness of hallway. The tidiness outside outside our room and pool area. The wideness of staircase and stairs. Statues in the hallways, art work too.

The bathroom looked very outdated. From the limescale that was on the shower head to the bath that was stained with something black and the bathroom towel mat too. The fact that there was no elevators that went from level 1 to level 3 (our room was on level 3). also didn't like that you had to use a key to physically lock and unlock door when coming and going.

Property was a smaller resort and was in a perfect location near the market and many places to eat, within walking distance to the beach. Pool was very nice, room was a little tired and bathroom needed a facelift. All in all, was good.

Property looks nice and if your first time in Bali would be a decent spot.

Staff were rude when asked for extra towels even though the room hadn’t been cleaned that day, no restaurant, found out after a week they have an onsite massage parlour which was great until the first full body massage I got I now have blisters all over my arm from oil burns. Plenty of “resorts” in Legian that are better value for money. Not worth the almost 3k I paid for 8 nights.

Our 4th stay didn't disappoint

This was our 4th stay here. If you get a pool view room you can't go wrong. The surrounding are is crazy and busy, in a good way, and this is a slice of calm paradise. The pool is wonderful and the rooms are large. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay in Bali

The hotel is located about 10 minutes walk from the beach, and behind the busy main street. There are also many restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and clean with a big balcony. However, the bathroom a bit worn but clean. The staff were friendly They offer new bottled water every day.

Excellent value family room Love this place as it’s clean, quiet, Balinese style hotel with lovely pool and surrounding areas. We can back to this property and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The beach restaurants and shops all close by and convenient. Shopping supermarket all walking distance. Go to coco spa massage up the road as they are the best ones as happy and friendly

Great location - Starting to show its out dated and in need of come TLC

Location was close to the beach, two laundries, and food at the end of the street (Santorini), highly recommend. The fridge in the villa was great.

The property is starting to show its dated. We had a 3-bedroom villa. The mirror in the bathroom was missing, and I had to ask for one to be installed. When raining, the tiled living area is extremely slippery, and you will fall over without placing towels down. This was a hassle as I had my parents there, who fell over after the first lot of rain during our stay. Kitchen facilities are very basic. The sitting area around the coffee table is very dated now and not very comfortable. The steps to get out of the pool are unusually big, with only 2 steps to get out. Older people will not be able to get in or out of the pool in the villa. The main pool shared by everyone is great. The suntanning chairs in the villa are hard and not as good as the tanning chairs around the main pool.

Great place for a long-term stay

In total, we stayed here for one month and we were very happy. We will come back to stay here again after visiting other places in Bali. It's beautiful to have a pool surrounded by a green garden. There are many good restaurants along the street and it's a 7-10 min walk to the beach. We didn't need a scooter as everything was within walking distance. The room was spacious, that's why we picked it and we were happy with the size and air-conditioning. Good that we had a mini-fridge. It's quiet at night and an oasis from the busy traffic on the streets. Nice, firm mattress. The pillow was a bit too hard for my taste. The staff cleaned our room every day and gave us water bottles every day. We felt well taken care off!

There were some water stains on the wall. I don't think it's mold yet but as with all the buildings in Indonesia, you see the effect of the humid temperatures.
