Great value, location and quiet.

Great location in Seminyak! Bintang Supermarket, bars and nice cafes are close by. Being set back from the Main Street, it’s also quiet. Best thing is the price! Such good value for the location & what you get. My 2nd time staying here and I will definitely be back.

The location is great for shops centre, and beach is little walk Its clean and quiet

The bathroom has nowhere to put your things because the shower soaks the whole floor you need a shelf. Small bedroom for two people.

A great location in the middle of Seminyak

Fantastic location, room was clean, bed was comfortable and the shower was great. A little kitchenette. We had ground floor with a pool view. Nice little balcony. Room is a good size. The location is great set back about 50 metres of the main street. Very quiet and then 50 metres away and you’re back in the action. Bintang Supermarket where you can get everything is about 100 metres away. Plenty of good restaurants and Warungs to choose from.

Avoid it. Not competent.

When I got there 10 p.m. they couldn't find my reservation. They had a free room but wouldn't put me in it for half an hour of answering questions, including my showing them confirmation and receipt, and the guy at desk calling the manager on phone. In the morning the wifi didn't work and no one in office to help.

My Alright Stay

Liked neighborhood, busy but not too busy, but lots of eateries, Bintang grocery, and other services, though a bit of a walk to the beach. Staff helped when asked, but did not hover. Good value overall. Did not use pool though seemed inviting.

Room is small and somewhat dated. Bed on the hard side. I had ants in my room. The internet was dissapointing.

The property was well priced and central to shopping restaurants and 800m to beach I must give a special thankyou to the manager Chandra he helped us with everything we needed and made things enjoyable. Would recommend this property and we would come back again.

The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of many cafes, shops and restaurants. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and lots of storage space. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, the even kept some clothes that I had forgotten to pack in reception for me until I was able to return and collect them.

The air conditioning remote was broken so we had to switch it on and off from the button. Also, the toilet could have been a little cleaner.

It was cheap, affordable rooms. It was in a good location & the pool looked inviting - we just never got to go in it! The restaurant bloom was very handy for dinner as it was delicious and cheap!

The bed wasn't the comfiest, but it also wasn't the worst. There was a constant clanking noise next to our room which kept us awake or woke us up early.

room was pretty nice and had a nice private balcony

first night I stayed on the 2nd floor which was ok but when so extended I was moved to the third floor which was quite a bit especially because I was sick. my last night I found 2 cockroaches and 2 worms in the bathroom so i barely slept being paranoid about more.

the location is perfect

my room was on the third floor and no lift, I don’t recommend for people over sixty, had trouble taking my big bag down when checked out as very rare to see the staff.
