Brilliant Guesthouse in Seminyak!

Really great property! The staff were so helpful and attentive! Every day asking if there was anything extra I needed done! It was also cealn to a fault! Not a spare speck of dust anywhere!

The wifi could be a bit dodgy on occasions, but this only occurred rarely. The only little issue was that there was no kettle in the room.

Caring staff; convenient location

The location was perfect. Right in the middle of Seminyak. Grab scooter rides to most places in Seminyak and a little bit into Canggu are about 12k to 15k IDR. Arini, the receptionist, also took great care of me when I fell ill with Bali Belly on my 3rd night as I was a solo traveller. She helped to call the nearby clinic and checked in on me during the period where I was really ill to ensure I was safe.

Perfect location. Bed was really comfortable! Good stay for me and my partner.

The room we got was right beside the street which can be noisy especially at night. But overall not a huge factor for us as we are out most nights!

The room closer to street 204 is a bit noisy with scooter during the night. However, the host was very lovely and she swap another room for us which was pretty good. Value for money !!!

Perfect!

Nothing not to like about this place. Well hidden from all the hustle and bustle but only a walking distance or a short scooter to get there plenty of places to eat near by and a mart just down the road. The property manager was always prompt and accommodating when asking for anything even just for local advice. If I was to have another short stay this is where I will be coming again great bang for buck and well looked after.

Good value for money

Great location and very helpful host! Room cleaning was each day, AC was awesome, no problems with hot water or water pressure (saw a lot of bad reviews about that at other locations in Bali, here’s nothing like that - bathroom was perfect!). About 10-15min to the beach on foot, 5 min by bike, bunch of restaurants around, I would like to recommend Taman Bambu Warung and Martabak, very yummy local food, really cheap and right there down the street

Great stay for an affordable price! I was really grateful the staff was so flexible with me checking in a bit earlier and leaving earlier. The room was nice and spacious, clean and comfortable beds! Sunset from the patio (which is a common space) was gorgeous.

Good to know, not a problem for me, was that my room was on the second floor with no elevator!

Arini the owner is and was always amazing , helpful and kind every time I come to Bali kubu de Uma was my first stop during my journey in Bali, the property is located in heart of Seminyak close to restaurants, beach, gym about 8 minutes walking, and also the hotel located is quite area

Relaxing stay with a smart tv!

One of my favorite stays in Bali! so affordable for the room experience esp as a solo traveller. Loved the smart tv, watched Netflix all afternoon and even forgot to go out cause I enjoyed the aircon and huge bed alone lol. best place to relax if you don’t have that much plans anymore outside but to shop just like me since it’s my last 2 days. The owners were super kind, I loved how they have a convenience store just below, so I can buy snacks or any needs whenever I want just like ice after getting i jured during surfing lol.

I was placed in a corner room without a balcony but still good!

The location was perfect to Seminyak. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The stuff were ice and kind and the price was perfect. I’ll stay here again.

Lovely clean and cosy room. Powerful AC, great shower pressure. Provides shower gel and shampoo but if you require anything else, you can always get from De Uma Mart downstairs! Seminyak beach just approx. 3mins ride away, warungs and nightlife nearby.

My booking should have came with a balcony but I got one without. It was nice and clean, so I made do. Also, my room was located along the hallway, with sliding glass doors so for privacy, you'll have to shut the curtains all the time, which means I don't get any natural daylight which I would've loved.

The bed, a/c, cleanliness of the room. Free water/kitchen usage. Relatively close to the beach. The owner of the property was super nice and personable but at times, hard to reach.

The sliding doors to the room were a little hard to open/close/lock. The water pipes would make noise occasionally when others used the water. There was often a delay in getting a heavy stream of water out in the sink/shower.

Perfect stay! Arini is an amazing host.

I loved everything about this property and the cherry on the top was Arini which is an amazing host and she did everything to acommodate us even if we have arrived at 02:00 AM she was ready to explain and provide help when needed. The room was very clean and quiet and we even had Netflix and smart tv in the room so there was everything to feel great. The location is best I can say as is very close to the biggest supermarket in Siminyak and situated near cool restaurants and bars. We did not rent a bike in our one week stay as we had everything we would expect at walking distance.

The property is located at a central location and is only 10 mins walk from the beach. There are many coffee shops and restaurants on the main street which is only 2 mins away. The property is kept very clean and the rooms are very spacious. There is also a kitchen available for water, coffee and if you need to cook any easy meals. The hosts are super helpful and have maintained the property really well.

Super clean, modern and comfy! They clean the room every 2 days which is perfect. 15 mins walk from the beach. 5 mins walk from restaurants. Wifi works great.

Pleasantly surprised that we got the room with balcony. The room and shower are spacious and clean. It is located in the middle of the Legian area, making it convenient to get around. Arini can help you with scooter hire. She's awesome and very helpful.

Beautiful room in an amazing location. Everything was brand new and clean. Great, friendly host too. We were sad we were only staying for one night. Next time we're in Seminyak we'll be back here for sure.
