Looked good from the outside.

Where to start? Bed was so dirty as if the sheets hadn’t been changed from the people before with visible yellow stains and foot marks. The opening of the duvet was also at the top of the bed meaning they’ve obviously just flipped it from the last customers. There was no night time phone number to call for problems, we just got lucky one staff member came out at 11:30 and changed us rooms, very inconvenient late on at night, this room also had yellow stains on the bed. The staff member messaging me on booking.com is trying to say I checked out at 12:30 which is a huge lie as I booked my taxi to leave before that. The previous reviews of this place were really good but my stay didn’t live up to the apparent high standards.

Value for money

This was the best place we stayed during our Bali tour. Everything was perfect, and the location is excellent—within walking distance to Seminyak and nearby shops. We requested a late check-out due to our flight, and although the hotel was fully booked that day, the staff kindly arranged a safe place to store our luggage and allowed us to take a quick shower before heading to the airport. Their hospitality was outstanding. Highly recommended!

Dog barking throughout the night during our stay. Sometimes at 4am which meant our sleep was disturbed but it didn’t stop us enjoying the space and friendly family faces here.

Amazing!

The place is family-owned, and we instantly felt safe and comfortable. The vibe is so peaceful and relaxing. They were also really kind to let us stay a few extra hours while we waited for our airport check-in. Super thankful for their hospitality! Big thanks to Jimmy and his parents for taking such good care of us.

Perfect stay

Very friendly hosts, a local family who take good care of the place. Very new and comfortable rooms, the bed and sheets really feel premium, I had the best sleep here. Location is also good if you want to explore Seminyak but also want a quiet area, close to the airport and beach. I will definitely stay here again if I come back.

A great stay

Very friendly and helpful staff. Inexpensive but nice, clean room. Lovely grounds. A quiet place, though walkable to the restaurants and shops.

During my most recent visit, there was construction in the street, limiting access to the property. Staff was able to help me take my bags through the construction site. And it sounds like the construction project will be done in a few weeks.

Wonderful stay at Kaman! Warm family, clean rooms, and a beautiful garden — peaceful yet close to everything in Seminyak

Our stay at Kaman was truly special. The whole family is so kind and welcoming — Jimi is always available, helpful and smiling. The rooms are comfortable and very clean, surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden that creates a perfect harmony between comfort and nature. It feels far from the noise and traffic of Seminyak, yet shops and restaurants are just a 5-minute walk away. We felt at home and will definitely come back. Highly recommended! 🙏✨

Amazing!

This Guesthouse was so outstandingly good it should make hotels in the area scared, honestly I couldn't get over how well kept the garden was and the staff were so friendly it made my heart melt, one day it was raining quite heavily and I wanted to get some food and the Staff member Jimmy gave me his rain jacket and umbrella to use to get some food! What a nice touch.

Kaman Bali Guesthouse has clean, beautifully appointed rooms. They are perfect for a solo traveller or a couple.

The rooms would be even better if they had a small fridge for keeping drinks cold.

Prefect for the 4 days I was in Bali meeting up with friends whop live there.

Fantastic location. Quiet location but easy walk to main street and healthy walk to the beach. Plenty of food options close by.

This is the cleanest place ive stayed in bali. I extended my stay until i left because it was my first time to not worry about bathroom smell. The room is new. The lady who cleans the rooms does a great job thank you. :)

Just wish the pillows were better but other than that i enjoyed my stay fully.

Clean, comfortable, new - superb in every way.

I loved everything about Kaman Bali. The family were amazing - super kind, professional, helpful and caring. Nothing was too much trouble. Room was new (built/refurbed in Dec 2024 with the help of their architect son), location is brilliant - walkable to Seminyak centre - and yet the complex is peaceful. Beds are incredibly comfortable, everything was just amazing. I'd 100% recommend staying here and will be back, no question. You're treated like family but it's never intrusive. Had my laundry picked up and delivered back at cost by the owner. So many little things here added up to an amazing 2-week stay. Am so grateful for your hospitality.

Siamo stati alla Kaman Bali Guest House due volte durante il nostro mese a Bali e non potremmo che consigliarla sotto ogni punto di vista: una famiglia adorabile e competente, una struttura tipica balinese spettacolare, posizione perfetta tra Canngu e aeroporto, immersa nella tranquillità ma a due passi dallo shopping e dall' intrattenimento, il comfort di una camera moderna, fresca e pulita... è semplicemente il posto perfetto in cui stare per più notti e sentirsi totalmente a proprio agio. Lasciate perdere Kuta. Seminyak è un punto strategico e Kaman è l'unico posto in cui tornerò (e ne abbiamo provati diversi prima di trovarlo)

Une expérience déplorable avec le personnel – à fuir !

J’ai rarement été aussi mal accueilli dans un établissement. On m’a loué un scooter avec des pneus complètement lisses, donc dangereux et clairement non entretenu. Lorsque j’ai signalé le problème, la responsable, son mari et même leur fille m’ont tous pris à partie pour m’accuser, affirmant que c’était entièrement de ma faute et que c’était à moi de vérifier l’état du scooter avant de louer ! Une logique aberrante, puisque la responsabilité revient évidemment au loueur. Leur fille s’est même montrée insultante à mon égard lorsque j’ai tenté de négocier le prix, ce qui est tout simplement inacceptable. Résultat : au lieu de profiter de ma dernière matinée à la plage, j’ai passé des heures à devoir me justifier face à des gens de mauvaise foi, qui refusent d’assumer leurs responsabilités. Très mauvaise expérience, je déconseille vivement cet hôtel – pour le manque de professionnalisme, l’irrespect, et l’absence totale de sens du service client.

Nette Besitzer und ein ruhiger sauberer Ort zum Urlauben.

Eine wirklich sehr schöne, in sich geschlossene Anlage. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt . So wünscht man sich seinen Urlaub . Die hohe Bewertung ist zurecht vergeben. Ich würde hier immer wieder gerne herkommen.

Superbe guesthouse

Hébergement magnifique et raffiné et surtout très propre. Lutherie extrêmement confortable. Logement très calme dans un cadre magnifique. Seul bémol, les arabes de la chambre d'à côté, bruyants et mal élevés, qui m'ont empêché de dormir la nuit avant mon départ et n'ont pas respecté le silence de Nyepi.
