Great staff and good location.

The staff were excellent and made our stay wonderful. Huge shout out to Nelson (front desk and driver ) and Ella in the spa. Beds were comfortable and location was easily walkable to beach and town.

The hotel was very communicative prior to our arrival but did not indicate that renovations were going on in the sky lounge and it was unavailable during our entire stay. We were looking forward to using it. That noise, accompanied with the next door hotel construction was honestly annoying at times. The hotel itself was clean although tired looking (shower rid held together with tape) and in need of updating.

Nice Stay

Staff and Location are good, Nice pool and restaurant/Bar. The hotel decorated my room for my birthday which was really lovely of them.

My room was near the lift and staircase,so it was a bit loud, also the outside light stays on till late.

Nice stay overall with friendly staff and a convenient location in Seminyak.

Early check-in was really appreciated after a long trip. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the honeymoon message waiting in the room was a very nice touch. The location is good for getting around Seminyak, and the room was clean and comfortable.

There was some noise from outside due to nearby construction, but it wasn’t very disturbing overall.

The service with the room space and cleanliness is equivalent to 5 star. Well accommodated, incredible breakfast and most importantly strategic location.

Great for a quick stop over and if you want to get lots of shopping done.

Good value for money don’t expect anything fancy breakfast was basic but the location is fantastic and staff are very friendly and helpful. If you get the right room, you can watch the sunset from your balcony

Still, it's a pleasant stay.

Near the beach, near a lot of shops, has laundry and massage outside the hotel. So it's very convenient.

Some items are pretty old (i.e. hair dryer, refrigerator) but still useable. The drain in the room was really slow, so the shower gets flooded. There's no shower caddy so no place to put your shower stuff.

Coming back to the Horizon Seminyak after a long day of exploring Bali was a pleasure every evening.

The Staff are amazing. They went above and beyond expectations in every way. From collecting our forgotten laundry to delivering a lost silver ring to the airport prior to us boarding a plane. Everyday we were greeted warmly and nothing was ever too much trouble. Any request or query was dealt with immediately and efficiently. They made it all look so effortless to us the guest. The rooms were a good size, basic but very comfortable.

The staff are so welcoming and really made us feel welcomed and so relaxed. We arrived late after a 22 hour flight and the staff were so good with us and let us have dinner and sit where we wanted to in the hotel.

Nothing to complain about. This hotel is 10/10 thanks to the staff and the lovely pool

Location was great, but the room was so super comfy and spacious. Somewhere to put your luggage. Was really a great stay!

The massage was average. It’s done in a room, would have been nice if it had its own spa section.

Great stays

The staffs were amazing. Polite and kind and attentive. Went for my birthday weekend, on the day during breakfast, the staffs made me birthday pancake. Foods in the restaurant was good, big portion and value the money. Walking distance to the beach. Alot of shops around, spas and laundry places. Just what you need on your reach.

A perfect experience for the price paid(n.331)

For us it was a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff, the location, the services offered,the facilities and the price paid: all this created a great impression of our first trip to Bali. Special thanks to the General Manager Mr.Ryan who patiently listened our desires and with professional approach found a perfect solution for us exceeded our expectations. Hope to return one day!

One of the best budget hotels in Seminyak

Lovely, helpful staff, great service, comfy bed and pillows. Asked for black sheets (New tattoo) they happily accommodated. Great rooftop pool/jacuzzi with bar, ample sunloungers with umbrellas and pool towel ready on each one. Great location, quick walk to Double Six beach. Very happy with this hotel. 👍

The hotel is central, the staff were amazing, so friendly, helpful and very good at their different roles from reception to domestic. The room and hotel in general was exceptionally clean. The hotel was very well priced and offered a great breakfast, I will certainly return.

This hotel needs some improvement. Rooms, and in particular bed sheets, are very moldy and musty, Even second room (after requested change was almost the same. Water is not so hot as it should be.
