Comfortable and affordable.

Hotel was close to lots of shops and restaurants. The pool was great. Staff are friendly. The beds are comfortable. It’s definitely value for your money.

Dissapointed

new clean pillows and beds

We stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms at a higher price than what the hotel was offering to customers who paid directly to the hotel, but we did not get extra benefits like the other customers. We did NOT get any free welcoming drink, any free breakfast nor an extra hour for late check out. We were very dissapointed to see others, had the benefits when we did not have any at all although we had requested for having the benefits just like the hotel offered to others and had annouced the promotion inside the hotel lifts. When I was packing up my luggage to get ready for check out, suddenly the lights and AC were off. The technician came immediately to change the faulty electrical circuit inside the bedroom but I had SWEAT all over my body and my face. I had no extra hour to take a shower so I came out from the hotel with sweat and smell.

Great hotel. Stayed in the suite and it was lovely and spacious - nice view and bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice.

Left the hotel 3days earlier had paid lost our money,Would not recommend it needs a huge overhaul

Breakfast was all about catering for the Asian countries apart from toast ,eggs one spread for toast cereal sweet variety,

Food that will appeal to all countries,when the hot dishes were empty they were not filled for ages ,staff are willing to help but language barrier is a huge issue . Tables need attention to be wiped down after patrons finish there breakfast .Nothing worse than a unclean table

Don’t stay here you will be disappointed

Nothing it was dirty, unmaintained, pool area was unsafe

Rooms tiny, no storage space in rooms. Safe was not bolted down anyone could walk out of your room with it. Rooms were dirty, Air conditioning was only in your room. People smoking in hall way and outside the lift, you had to walk through smoke to go to your room. Towels in our room looked like rags and that’s all they were good for. Pool area was unsafe and only 4 lounges to sit on in partial shade. The rest was in the sun and would burn your legs on the cushions. The drain grate on pool was broken and you had to walk on it to get into pool. Eco decking around pool was slippery and hot and would burn your feet. It was all warped and lifting. Restaurant ran out of everything and never got our order correct. On day we arrived we asked about checking out but would give us our money back. Photos looked a lot better than what it is. Never trust booking.com with their rating on a property again.

Good choice for a pit stop after arrival in Bali

Very friendly staff and the breakfast buffet was amazing! Would say the best breakfast we had in an accommodation in Bali during our stay.

The rooms are a bit dated and could use some renovation, anyways the bed was very comfortable.

Decent room in a central area with good breakfast, useful gym, and a pretty nice view

The room was exactly the same as in the photos. What surprised me the most was: - the various and tasty breakfasts each day (with also a meat option, so you have a protein source) - the quality of the gym (small, but it has literally everything you need for a workout) - the nice view from the gym and the pool - very kind receptionists (special thanks to Ayu and Mahen) I already booked my second visit.

Good hotel :)

The staff were amazing - accommodating and genuinely nice! The overall experience was good, the hotel was in a good location, the breakfast buffet was decent and our room was comfortable.

The room wasn't as clean as we expected it to be, but the staff quickly actioned our request to get it cleaned. The bed was a bit itchy, we feel like it needs to be deep cleaned. The toilet was ok - needs to be updated and deep cleaned as well. There were signs of mold on some crevices/ areas. The mini fridge didn't work properly.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff were very helpful and courteous, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The food at the hotel was also tasty and fresh. The breakfast buffet had a good spread. The location was convenient, easy to get around. I loved my stay at Luminor Legian Seminyak.

I do wish the rooms were a bit more spacious.

staff super friendly and when we requested something it was attended to.

dishes and rubbish was left around the hotel for entire day or longer.. fridge was completely useless so if if you have medication that is required to be any less than room temperature avoid. had a bath in the room that we couldn't use because filling it up with slightly warm water was pointless. we had a blocked drain I reported and was responded to because the shower flooded the bathroom. but the fridge they didn't care to worry about even tho I complained. we had a suite, the furnishing were modern and stylish a pod coffee maker and kettle which was nice.. the fridge and water temperature was the biggest let down. also I'm sure they would have done something about the dishes or rubbish around the hotel if I complained but its just not my job to let then know to keep their premises clean.

My sheets were stained with a watermark under the pillows and some random little black spots. Comfy bed and pillows otherwise. There was also a musty smell in the room but I was only transiting (headed to Ubud the next day) and needed somewhere after a late flight arrival.

Location, quality of food in the restaurant and the cleanness of the rooms are positive points for this hotel. The price for this location and this quality was quite reasonable.

The pool on the roof and the suroundings could be better maintained. There were no shower and the changing rooms were not properly cleaned. I also couldn't find any staff cleaning the pool or any other areas around that.

Lovely stay

The breakfast was amazing! Buffet-style with lots of choices from rice to noodles to cereal and even pastries and so much more. Outside you’ll see a street full of souvenir shops. Hotel is close to marts and the bank as well which was very handy as I needed to withdraw money some time during my trip. Very close drive to the beach/beach front which you can walk under 20 minutes.

There’s nothing I dislike about this property!
