Room wasn’t great but staff kindness made the stay bearable

Great location for walking to shops and restaurants and above all staff were so kind and helpful.

The rooms need updating, both beds in my room were slightly broken and kept lifting up off the ground if you rolled onto one side. The tables were fixed to the wall and all bent at an angle like they had been poorly plastered and the mattresses were rock hard. Additionally the noise at night you could hear in the room was so loud you felt like you were at a concert, I used ear plugs and could still hear music through them.

Perfect location and value for money

The location is perfect! Everything you need is within walking distance or a short scooter ride away. Clean and comfortable rooms. With free tea and coffee and water daily. The staff are amazing.

The property doesn’t get much sunlight around the pool for long during the day. But that’s not a huge deal. There aren’t alot of beds so get in early if you plan to spend time at the pool Other than that honestly can’t really fault the place. It’s great value for money in a great location.

The location is super convenient, it closes to all the amenities you may think of. The staff Stefany and Eka were really helpful and friendly. They were always pleasant to deal with. They always put a great smile on their face and you know they are passionate with what they are doing!

A consistently wonderful stay with exceptional service, outstanding food, and a beautiful, relaxing setting.

This is our fourth stay, and we’ve always loved staying here. The staff are friendly and incredibly helpful. The restaurant food and breakfasts are amazing, and the property also offers a dedicated beach area for guests, just a short walk away.

Staff were very friendly, breakfast was amazing, was very clean and tidy, well kept gardens and facilities.

A few more day beds around the main pool would have been nice. Our rooms were getting a bit tired and maybe due an upgrade.

The location was excellent. Staff were amazing. Facilities were beautiful, manicured gardens, lovely and clean. Pool areas were beautiful with plenty of pool chairs. Airport transfers, beach club, afternoon teas, breakfast included - All great value for money.

The Haven room allocation problem

Staff very friendly. Rear pool area very relaxing.

We were given an inferior room for 5 of the 7 nights. It was dirty, had little furniture and we struggled to get the room serviced each day. Management continually tried to mislead us to avoid resolving situation. Took over 3 days to resolve. Finally given room closer to what we had booked for last two nights. Very disappointing!!

I will always return to stay at The Haven when in Bali and look forward to spa treatments in their new spa facility once

The staff and the venue were amazing. We are regular guests at The Haven and have been staying here for over a decade.

The regular spa room was being renovated so the spa treatments were not as luxurious as previous years, however the treatments itself were still high quality just the room was very ordinary compared on previous experiences at their spa facility.

The location, the buffet breakfast and the pool

We had the suite which was ok. The kitchen had no pans. What was the point of it. Could not cook. The bathroom not the best. Slipping hazard. The pole was not secure to hold yourself up to get into the bathtub.

Very great staff, it’s a nice hotel. Food was good.

Loud at nighttime due to the bars near by. Hard to relax in the day with the constructions in rooms near by pillows and bed not very comfortable. Aircon wasn’t very cold, woke up many times due to it being hot in the room.

A perfect location for beach and shops.

Breakfast was excellent. Lot's of variety and choice. Excellent spa treatment Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Room was a good size with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. A small beach area with beds just for Haven residents.

Spa rooms need a makeover. A 4 star hotel should have better spa rooms. Not enough beds around the pool some days.

It was a nice experience despite the humidity and mosquitos! A bit of renovation would increase the quality.

The staff are very friendly and responsive. I always love the hotel’s landscape architecture. The food is okay.

I stayed in a very humid room and it smelled quite uncomfortable. I was suggested to open the balcony door to let the room “breathe” a bit and dry, but the mosquitos would fly in to the room. The hotel should provide a dehumidifier, at least.

Extremely disappointed

The size of the rooms have always been great.

This is the 5th time I have stayed with you and honestly I’m so disappointed this time. I requested a renovated room as a return customer and this was not provided. Our rooms & bathrooms were extremely run down. Our room was extremely hot and I asked for the aircon to be looked at 3 times, however it wasn’t the aircon it was the sliding doors to the bedroom had massive gaps around the seal and the hot air blow in all day and night but this was not identified by the maintenance team I needed to identify this before it was fixed. You finally fixed this on day 5 of our 7 day stay however most of our stay was extremely uncomfortable as it was so hot in the bedroom. The rooms were not made up unless we called and requested and when we didn’t call the room wasn’t made up to 5pm which meant we couldn’t relax in our room as we needed to wait until the room was made up.

The staff! Every staff member was so polite and welcoming. The location was incredible, and the pool area was very relaxing.

We stayed in the suite, and we would have liked more drinkwear and cutlery on hand. I would also appreciate more hooks and rails in the bathroom to hang things on.
