We went for my 40th birthday with the whole family. The staff were so kind and was a fabulous time. My mum ended up falling over, breaking her leg and requiring surgery. The hotel staff went above and beyond in helping us get her to the hospital and upon our return getting us back home. So incredibly grateful for our time there. We will definitely be back.

The property is well appointed and has a great restaurant and pool area. The rooms are large and spacious with nice bathrooms but that’s where it ends for me. There was a persistent foul smelling sewerage odour which emanated from the bathroom. The maintenance staff tried to remedy the issue on multiple occasions but the odour returned. The manager tried to soften the blow by first offering me a couple of juices at the bar but as the problem worsened turned to a couple of alcoholic drinks. Which I found patronising. I was offended. I must point out that I paid for a deluxe poolside room. I was offered another room but in an inferior location which I refused. There was no follow up to check how the issue was except a cake left in the room. Anyway we stayed in the room and put up with the smell as the hotel location was good for my surfing. The location is good with plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff were good but house keepers ordinary. Overall average.

Very friendly and helpful staff right from the checkin in to checking out. Staff were always very attentive and offering to help when required. Grounds and pool area very clean, staff continually checking for cleanliness. Hotel very quiet and safe. Pool access rooms excellent, only criticism was that there are no ladder/steps from room directly into the pool, only steps at end of pool and the lounges on the verandah were more like chairs and not very comfortable for lounging.

Lovely hotel. In a quieter location on the border of Legian and Seminyak but a quick 2 minute stroll to the beach and an easy walk up the beach to Legian and Kuta. Pool access room was large and comfortable. Would have been lovely to have some sun lounges on the patio rather than chairs that weren’t very comfortable. Food and cocktails were plentiful and delicious but the $3.50 room service fee caught us by surprise given the cost to stay. There is a delicious Greek restaurant just up the road and also a lovely Italian place. Signing the pool towels in and out each day was a pain in the proverbial. But overall stay was great and we’d do it again.

First stay here was Ok ! Did ask several times to have our Beds moved together as we booked a King Double and it never happened so gave up after the fourth night ? It is a nice place in you like that Hotel room feel in a multi story complex however we would like to have had more lush Gardens and Individual Rooms within the complex if they had the room to do so ? Service at the Bar and at Breakfast was very slow like they were training people to do the job from a distance ? Or having to order your eggs and point to wherever your sitting to be delivered later but sometimes your breakfast is either cold waiting or finished because you couldn’t wait any longer then they arrived ? Small glitches that I’m sure could be easily resolved in the future to make this a Very pleasant stay !

Service very slow. 20 min wait for a drink is normal. Pricing of drinks, food, extra room service fee, breakfast etc is astronomical. We never ate or drank here for that reason. Sunbeds never available at pool area. Had to use another hotel and pay a day rate to use their facilities. Room was awful. After 7 days and many complaints about the hotel service they finally moved us. The response was three cans of soft drink by way of an apology. $50 deposit per day required if you wish to charge anything to your room. If you exceed however you need to pay more. Would never stay here again. Particularly as the way of handling our complaints was three cans of soft drink. Never had such terrible service in all my years of coming to Bali. Will never stay here again. So many things went wrong it was laughable.

Enjoyed staying at this resort but the front desk checkin procedure and departure procedure is poor. Very slow and on arrival we only had one booked room when we had confirmation for two rooms. It took over an hour to resolve this with little apology

M Overall experience was average would only like to give a big review to the female at kids club. She was very accommodating and kind. regarding the rest of the staff,Every single person we met pushed us for a singular review. They would ask for our phone to take photos so we could not forget to write the review. It really lacked professionalism and really put a bad taste in my mouth to even walk past particular staff members without being harassed. Breakfast was nice and hygienic the rooms smelt sour and of Sewage at nights. We would recommend this hotel for families the kids facility and the location was great.

Beautiful property , awesome breakfast perfect position close walk to the beach only negative was pool closes at 8pm and couldn’t get face washers and when you order a drink a wait of 10/20 minutes to sign for it . When we first arrived beers were warm also run out of Bingtang and apple juice but still had a lovely holiday !!
