It was clean , and gave a boutique feel the bed was very comfortable
There was no pay tv and basically no English speaking channels big no no for the type of tourists common for Bali . And it was a bit of a walk for the included breakfast with not a lot of choice.

Property is in convenient location, only 200mt from the beach and many eatery, laundry services etc near by.
Doors in each are timber and they make loud noise while the guests in and out also easy to hear conversation in next door. I guess doors easy to fix by proper seals but the thin walls requires creative solution to sound proofed.

The property is brand new., a boutique hotel with 10 rooms, meeting room, swimming pool. The decor is lovely, very,very clean The proximity to the beach. Family owned and ran. All the staff are welcoming and very friendly. Breakfast on the beach at their sister restaurant was great. The staff were lovely there too Felt safe there.

Such a cute little room, in a good location.
Being able to adjust air con to be cooler would have made a much more comfortable stay. Being a dead end i didnt think it would be as loud as it was, lots and lots of traffic of an evening which is loud when trying to sleep. Plus fireworks everynight, however it was cool to watch them from my bed.
