Cheap accomodation = cheap quality. However , very basic needs not met, and bunch is substandard for any accomodation.

The location is good, pool is good and it has a convenience store just outside the property.

Air conditioner was hardly working, staff spoke little English and were not responsive to requests. Only one towel provided for two people in a room. Had to wait 3 hours after asking 3 times to get another towel. We also saw a rat in our room.

The staff don’t care won’t talk to you. Can’t talk to you. No hot water. Wi-Fi is horrible no Internet. The sheets are filthy dirty pillows are all moldy and black. They obviously don’t care about this place. I even asked her and they said that the boss was very cheap and didn’t wanna fix it. Stay away.

It was very very dirty. The staff seemed uninterested and were unavailable most of the time. The room I received was really dirty and the facilities were in terrible shape. I was uncomfortable the entire time.

Peaceful and good price

The property was great, we liked our room and the quiet garden/pool. The staff were friendly. Would stay again for the price - nice to be so close to the beach.

Unfortunately we were not able to stay another night (even though we were told yes the day previous) as it was fully booked. Communication was difficult as neither of the staff spoke any English at all. Water refill would be a great addition. And a mat to dry feet on outside the bathroom.

The bed sheets is so dirty , supposed to be white but it's almost brown color , toilet is nusty , cigarette butts everywhere, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL you will regret it . I left imidiatly and he doesn't give my money back . The owner so arrogant

Very very dirty , the sheet is very dirty , only one male staff working there . When I arrived I got a very dirty room n broken toilet , then I moved Tri a better one but the sheet is very dirty n the mat horrible . It’s ashamed this hotel has a great potential if they maintain well

Hey guys , pls dont booked this hotel its shitty the reception guy is lazy. We come over the room was very smelly and bed sheets and curtains is not wash . We ask if we could get new doona and sheets but nothing happened . The room is totally a mess with a lot of mosquitoes and whats worse theres a lizard as well and guess what we heard some mouses running around. We cant really do is we checked out and find another hotel but we paid and never get any money from it . I do not recommend this place its a shit and a waste of money.

Dreadful and dirty, do not stay here

Awful hotel! I was supposed to stay 4 nights but only stayed for 1. The bedsheets felt as though they had not been washed since the last guests that had stayed, they were grey and covered in stains! There was mold all over the ceiling and the shower was covered in limescale and bathroom looked as though it had never been cleaned! The staff just appeared to lay around all day doing no house keeping at all! I would not recommend staying here at all as for the same price you can stay somewhere that actually cleans their rooms and washes their bedsheets!

Cheap rooms for a reason

Good location as it’s close to the beach. Nice garden with a pretty pool. With a little effort and some investment it could be an amazing place.

Room is very dirty, sheets are stained. Had to ask for towel, soap and toilet paper. The floor was sticky and dirty. Rundown totally the standard room. Staff also is really bored and uninterested.

Overall, the hotel was acceptable for the price if you don't mind sacrificing comfort and hygiene.

On the positive side, the Wi-Fi was okay. Also the location was convenient, being close to the beach, shops, and restaurants.

Our experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The check-in process took forever because the staff member did not speak a word of English. Initially, he charged us the wrong amount, and then an hour later, he knocked on our door demanding the remaining balance. Even though checkout was until 2 PM, someone attempted to enter our room twice without knocking at 11 AM, waking us up. There was no toilet paper provided, and the room itself was very unclean and uncomfortable, with stained walls and overall poor maintenance. The bedspread had numerous holes and stains, and several electrical outlets were not functional. Additionally, the door couldn't be closed properly, which allowed many mosquitoes to enter the room.

First time in bali.. a real letdown. 😶 Our bathroom wasnt clean. It smelled like a urinal. I purchased cleaning products to clean it. We stayed for 5nights.. it was a great location... . Only two towells were available. We asked for more. Staff said no more. No hand towl to dry hands.. duvet had rips all over it. .. we paid for breakfast... one day we were told no more bacon. ... we wont come back.

Exceptional

Loved the place. It is obvious they are trying to lift their standards and, in my mind, making a good attempt. We had breakfast and some dinners at the hotel. More than reasonable servings and wonderful tastes. Better than half the price elsewhere. The location is perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough for a comfortable walk. Turn left at the end of the street and a short walk to the beach. Turn right and you are walking through the myriad of shops. In summary, it is a great place to stay.

Maybe they could provide a kettle to make a cup of tea..

Disappointing

Close to the beach. Good location. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. There is a laundry next door. You can also rent a scooter here. Beautiful garden.

The bathroom was extremely dirty when we checked in. The bathroom is old and smells. There were no towels and toilet paper. We had to ask for it. The room included breakfast but as vegans there were nothing to eat, not even fruit. We won’t be staying here again.

Not all that bad for the price.

Quiet environment, comfy bed, large room, nice balcony, friendly staff, internet good, convenient location, circle K store next door, close to beach. The shower got hot if you leave it running for a few minutes first. Good value for money.

The toilet did not flush at all (no water in cistern) and some of the lights didn't work so some areas of the room got very dark. However for the price I wasn't complaining and the staff fixed the toilet on the 2nd day.
