Out of the 6 hotels I stayed at Bali. This is the best for me though a bit expensive for me lol! The only thing I didn’t like is the paid breakfast I was expecting like buffet but only got a simple breakfast for the amount that I paid. Also if you’re working at night and need to sleep by late afternoon. I recommend to ask for a villa that’s far from there public pool cause in my villa I’m close to their public pool and the noise is too loud for me

We had a great stay at Royal Beach, we stayed 10 years ago and the place was a very flash expensive resort at that time, I believe they suffered through Covid and the place fell into dissrepair. They are in the process of rebuilding the Hotel to its original state but in th emean time have re-opened their Villas at about half the price they originally were. The Villa was nice but a few things like the hot tap in the bathroon was jammed off, stain in the mossy net, broken bathroom bench, other little things around so you could tell it hadnt been fully maintained. No phone in the room, recption only occasionally manned but they were fantastic staff. Very limited facilities, breakfast only and it was basic but hey we were right upto a beach club directly in front that opend late and closed early so no both and handy for us to get drinks or whatever. Pool was as great as last time as it is also used by the beach club, so im guessing they made a deal to maintain the pool so they could use for their patrons, so people were there, I think on the busiest day 6 of the 18 villas had people in them so most of the people by the pool were beach club patrons. Overall really good, Id probably rate a 3 start as is, but heading back to a 5 or even 6 if their plans complete

Can’t beat the value of this place. I was skeptical having read some of the reviews. Yes the place is under going a face lift. But you tell me where you can get a beach front villa in Seminyak for $100 us a night with a private pool 2 large tv’s 200sqm of property right on the front! Yeah it’s in need of a little TLC which will happen but you’ll be paying 4 times the price. Service is still 5*. Pool is fantastic albeit needs a little love bug at this price enjoy it while you can before it changes hsnds

Resort was under Mega renovation. Entrance is non welcoming. Villas are too old. Tap water quality is very bad. same as sea water. Wash basin is too small in other wash room.
Staff was excellent in providing all services. but definately not worth due to ages old property. Even with beach front villa. amenities were quite old. Dont go by photoes over online.
i suggest dont go for it.
