A special treat

Very comfortable bed, air con worked well, water provided for drinking. Staff very responsive with any requests. Nice quiet location but still close to everything we needed. A bar next door, a Circle K next to that. Loved the pool! Beautiful bird sound, cute squirrels running through the trees. Got one gecko in the room during the stay on a rainy night - didn't phase me, I thought he was cute :)

A bonus would have been 2 towels in the room, and vittles available for Grab orders, but anything we asked for was organised for us so can't complain.

For any length of stay - an excellent choice

Absolutely loved the location - super close to the beach and also a quick walk to the shops and stores in town. Literally couldn’t be better placed! The rooms were very very clean- the beds comfortable and the pillows perfect. The pool was beautiful and super refreshing! The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was amazing. I’m thinking about coming back at the end of my trip, just because it was such a safe and comfortable place to be. Really felt like we were staying with friends. Free filtered water and a fridge to keep it cool. Beanbags and extra towels brought to you when you’re at the pool. Shampoo/shower gel in the shower. Extra keys given if you ask. TV with Netflix, etc Huge rooms! We had plenty of room for all our stuff.

Nice Place, good value.

The room was very spacious, the people that worked there were pleasant and very helpful if problems occured, and the location was right bewteen the beach (5 min walk) and restaurants (2 min walk) and great shopping (10 minutes walk). Nice size swimming pool.

The water temperature had a mind of its own, changing from hot to cold. The toilet filled slowly, and the drains drained slowly. A lot of construction work is going on at the nearby bar, but that's not Jepun's fault. That seems to be omnipresent everywhere in Seminyak.

Comfortable stay in prime location

The room and balcony were spacious and clean. Large water bottles provided daily. Easy access to the beach, shopping and nightlife. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Unless you are on a tight budget, go elsewhere. I did not enjoy my stay, fortunately it was just for one night.

Had an odd smell in the room. Shower curtain looked dirty No shower pressure Toilet bowl was stained. One of the pillows, once you took the pillow slip off, was stained.

Property is good. Furthermore Willam, Bim and Sedane are very friendly and nice person. They helped us everything. If you come to Seminyak, you can try this property.

Great accommodation close to Seminyak beach

Accomodation true to photos. We had the 3 rooms upstairs (which was great to be next to each other). All rooms were spacious, well equipped, fridges working well, A/C up to standards, large and comfy beds, balcony with another bed to unwind, all great! Distance to the beach is really a stone throw's away - 4 minutes, tops! Pool was clean, no sunbeds but that wouldn't leave too much space in the yard(maybe bean bags?). Staff was exceptional from receptionists to cleaning staff - especially Will and Bim - always there to help, give advice, serve us chilled beer, bring towels or cutleries - they bring higher value to the whole accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed our 9 nights stay here!

Good

The breakfast was basic but adequate . Fill out what you want the night before and give to staff. It had a fridge in the room but that didn’t work or was turned off. Bed was comfortable and room a good size. All in all it was good value for money in a great position close to beach and restaurants. I would recommend it based on great value.

We loved the location in a little quiet side-street. The room is spacious and comfy. The terrace with the little day bed is perfect for relaxing throughout the day. All the staff are absolutely amazing and our 3yo son befriended them immediately

What am amazing little place. Gorgeous staff, beautiful ambient lighting everywhere, superb clean pool at the perfect temperature, our balcony was literally in the trees creating an amazing view. The big couch on the balcony created the perfect romantic place for us to chat and cuddle. No frills just an excellent authentically balinese place to relax. Loved the house rules and the 11pm peace time. Perfect for us we will be back.

I would prefer the pool to stay open for longer at night and not shut down at 11pm. But i understand peace time at 11pm may not be achieved if guests are being loud in the pool.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and always greeted us with a smile. They do have 24 hour reception. The room was spacious. The bed was quite big and very comfy. There was also a sofa/could be bed which was very comfy. There was a lovely balcony space with a sofa so you could chill after a day at the beach. Jepun is in a good location. Only a 5 minute walk to the beach and about a 10/15 minute walk to the shops and restaurants.

Only small negstive thing is your room doesnt get cleaned everyday however, if you ask for clean towels they do provide this to you. However, I would not hesitate to stay here again.

please don’t provide bottles of tap water to your guests. you should only provide store-bought bottled water. the pool is lovely but not very inviting for guests if the staff is hanging out near there all the time, especially because there are no loungers to lay on.

it was clean and comfortable

rooms weren’t serviced - the staff were happy to provide new towels etc when we asked but the scheduled every second day clean didn’t happen. we were also somewhat surprised on arrival to find they didn’t provide breakfast, then more puzzled a day or two later to see other guests being served breakfast. timing of our visit was unfortunate with the adjacent property having a very loud NYE gathering which was still going in the morning - Jo sleep to be had!!
