I had a truly wonderful stay at Casa Artista. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive and genuinely caring throughout my time there. Their support and availability made the whole experience feel smooth and comfortable. I stayed in a studio and found it very practical and well organised. The kitchenette was functional and suitable for basic cooking. There was initially a small issue with induction-compatible utensils, but once I mentioned it, the team provided what I needed. Everything was kept very clean, and the daily housekeeping maintained excellent hygiene standards. I also appreciated the additional services available, such as restaurant delivery and the option of in-room spa treatments, which added real comfort to the stay.

If I could suggest one small improvement, it would be the housekeeping schedule. Cleaning usually started around 9-9:30am, which may feel a bit early for guests who prefer a slower morning. A slightly more flexible approach could make the experience even better.

The Villa was lovely, tucked away from all the hustle and bustle, but close to the main centre and the beach. The room was very spacious and clean, mine was overlooking the pool and beautiful garden. The staff very friendly and helpful. It was peaceful and quiet, if that is what you are looking for on a holiday. It's not a party place. There are also some lovely resident cats around the neighborhood that pop in and say hello. I enjoyed watching their antics.

I had to keep my finger of the toilet flush lever for a long time to flush everything down.

Perfect for long or short stay

I loved these apartments The room is a great size, bathroom is huge. Everything you need is provided. The staff are extremely helpful. There are a few kitties that cruise around, I loved them..

A wonderful apartment, very spacious with an inner courtyard and private pool, large living room with kitchen. Excellent service. You can order a massage in your room, which is done very professionally. I recommend these apartments.

Lovely Villa. Would definately stay again.

Lovely small property at the end of a laneway. Private pool was good size although need another 6 inches of water. There is also a large shared pool I loved the room set up and was easy to get transport to anything close. Found the cafe, spa and mini marts on the final day. ( only a few minutes away ) Tip… at end of alley turn right :)

Water level in private pool was a bit low.. could have been better with another 6 inches. Air con in bedroom had timer set which turned the air con off mid afternoon. ( I didn’t realise until second day ). Maybe cleaning staff could check this before guests check in. I had a friend who had booked the cheapest room and she didn’t have the best experience. Would definately stay again.

Peaceful hideaway

The poolview room reeked of mold and made me sick, the facility was incredibly old even by Bali standards, the interior was straight out of the late 2000s, the chairs next to the pool were woven so ants were crawling through the little holes

Friendly and capable staff will make your stay.

Agus, Gebe, Desta, and Dewa were all extremely friendly and were able to fulfill every request. Agus even suggested a few things that made the trip even better and helped us out when some in the group fell ill on the day we were due to leave and sorted out a dispute with the taxi driver we had booked. The one bedroom apartment was excellent and offered a bit of privacy from others in the complex, and allowed a private area for our larger group to meet. We had booked 5 rooms for our family and all were happy with their rooms. Convenience and coffee shops and restaurants are an easy walk. Seminyak square and other shopping areas are a 10 minute walk.

Good little place to stay

Good location, coffee shop that offers good food 2 mins walk away, beach 10 mins away. Everything was easy to get to. Villa was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Was advertised as having a sofa bed but was only a sofa. As 2 friends we wanted the extra bed but I was not prepared to pay extra for another bed when it was advertised as having a sofa bed. Didn't have staff on reception, had to contact them through whatsapp.

Incredibile value for money

Casa Artista is one of the best stay we had in our trip. The place is beautifully decorated and has a lovely pool and lots of plants. The room is very spacious with everything you need and a nice patio outside. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful.

Location less than 10 minutes walk to beach but down little lane v busy with motorbikes and cars... a tight fit... had to be very careful especially during heavy traffic hour.

The reception--more often than not no one there. Can be a problem. And when they were, not the usual Balinese greetings etc. Did their job but hardly a smile from one. The other better. Cleaning staff etc friendly/helpful

Little gem at a great price.

The Poolside rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable.Bathroom also spacious and shower is hot. Tap to the sink needs repair or replace but did work. Plenty of towels.Rooms had daily room service and towels replaced whenever we asked.Aircon worked well . Good cafe "Local" 3 minute walk with excellent food and coffee at good prices.10 minute easy walk to the beach and a$3 Grab ride to Seminyak square etc.

There are no signs naming the property! So trying to find it in the dark would be hard,especially if the driver hadn't been there before.There is a security guy in the lane who seemed to know which property was which.We didn't like the breakfast option (came from a cafe) was too expensive for what it was and not much choice.

Absolutely incredible

Cannot fault anything wow amazing villa, beautiful clean very spacious like minded guests too. I already have a friend who has now booked to stay later in the year at this spot based off my instagram stories! I will absolutely stay again! Super central yet dead quiet/ peaceful. Less then 5min walk to sunset beach, less then ten to main street. The rooms are HUGE the pool is epic, HOT water too with excellent pressure. Very very comfy bed. Excellent coffee/breaky spots in the lane. If it wasint booked out all Months i would be back again at the end of my trip loved it! Very very cute cat pops in sometimes too!

Perfectly located between Seminyak Beach and the main tourist street. I loved how spacious the room was, especially the little nook that acted as a walk-in wardrobe and place to store luggage. A peaceful villa that's value for money, felt safe at night due to the security guard. Closeby to breakfast/coffee options and a convenience store.

The swimming pool is big and very nice. The room I was renting had a balcony with a pretty view. The staff was helpful and welcoming.

The property is old, the deco in the room is awful. The shower is very old, takes ages to get hot water (-+ 5 min to run the water to get it hot) and the shower is completely covered in calcium. The overall lightning in bathroom is very poor. The toilet flush is weak and if you plant logs like I do you will have fun to watch it floating without sinking. Finally the sink is a bit clogged and quite dirty.

It's worth thinking about before coming here

+convenient location (near a supermarket, a delicious cafe Niki, 10 minutes to the beach ~ but finding access to the beach is another quest) +protected area +very tasty-smelling shower gel and hand soap +there is a dental kit, shaving kit, cotton balls, shower cap, cotton swabs - all this is updated during cleaning +a fairly spacious deluxe room +there are bathrobes and slippers +the staff responds quickly to requests via WhatsApp +there is a kitchen, you can cook a meal (The room has a set of dishes for eating) +there is a swimming pool +cool large foyer (but without air conditioning ((

- there was no hot water on one of the two days of our accommodation -very dirty towels with stains and bed linen (we asked to change, they brought the same ones with stains) and the staff was surprised at our request "we don't have any new towels for you." Is it really impossible to learn how to bleach towels? There is so much chemistry now - the air conditioner was working very poorly - Very much! The creaking bed -yellow toilet - the view from the room is on the wall, and people are walking past the windows, the room itself is dark, so you also need to close the curtains because people are walking by. Blackout curtains - it is impossible to close only tulle! Only with a dark curtain at once, so it was always dark in the room( - zero privacy! I booked a room 3 months in advance, clarified that we have honey moon, so they gave us a walk-through room with a view of the wall!!! How do you like that?) people walk past the window , and when I asked to change it , they said that only for an additional fee .payment. By the way, the room was never decorated (and in all other hotels it was decorated) - I can hear all the neighbors in the room - in the morning from 8.00 there is a construction site! I couldn't get enough sleep. Why it is impossible for the hotel to arrange with the construction site to start at least at 10 is unclear. But from 8:00 they start hammering like it's happening in your room. -of the 9 hotels booked in Bali, alas, the worst impressions are from this (
