Hotel is good and clean, and you get breakfast untill 12pm. There's a pool, but it wasn't as clean as I would have preferred. Streets too narrow and smelly around the hotel, but good for gojek to take you around.

Rooftop closed due to dangerous decking. Loud banging noise from pump room above our 5th floor room. Would not stay there again, even though it was cheap. I guess you get what you pay for.

The room is reasonably well appointed and the view is excellent, as is the location. That, however, is where it stops. The lift wasn't working and there was some poor excuse regarding a stand off with Otis. We were on the 5th floor and while steps don't bother us, if we'd had kids or the elderly with us it would have been impossible to stay there. Water pressure was extremely poor - needed to run around the shower to get wet - and no hot water whatsoever at times. Toilet malfunctioned as well. Cockroaches in the cupboard which unfortunately came home with us and needed fumigation, floors not swept or mopped, towels not provided on occasion, reception staff going missing so needed to grab our own key and needed to insist on them supplying pool towels even though it was still 10 mins until pool closing time. On top of that the roof top bar, a significant attraction when booking, does not exist and I doubt it ever has. The sign says "under renovation" but there is no indication of any work ever getting done. I would never, ever stay here again and will be warning all my contacts to stay away.

Elevator is out order during our 2 days stay. Have to carry the luggage up and down to 5th floor. Dirty floor in the room. I made a cup of tea from Hot water kettle in the room . After i drink it i found out that the inside of the ketle is rusty

3 day stay for the second time as i have been moving around Bali. I like the beds here and the shower is also good. A couple of laundrys and Mini marts with in a stones throw. Nothing to do with the hotel but the laundry named "Quick" was not so great looks like they washed my t-shirts with a pen in the machine and when I picked it up the clerk whined for a tip. There is another laundry across from the the mini mart but it was closed that day but every other day it seemed to be open. You are only a 5-10 min walk to main drags. Left to the beach right to the square heaps of shops and restaurants either way once you reach the main streets.

Really liked this hotel, nice pool, close to beach (5 min) circle K and laundry right next door. very close to main street. glad I stayed here, although by myself, it would also be great for couples. Staff made me feel so comfortable and safe.

This hotel opened four months ago. It is is new condition overall so not much wear and tear though some visible finish touches need to be done. Very comfortable and great location in seminyak. The staff was hit or miss but good overall. Do not rent your motorbike from the reception desk.the company theu use is terrible. Poor conditions on the bikes, not safe. But you'll get a good, decent place to sleep in while in seminyak for under $30/day, in a new hotel.
