Another lovely stay

This was my 3rd stay at the Amerta. It's a good location, the room is lovely and the staff are fantastic. I would definitely stay again in future.

Short stay at Amerta Seminyak

The location.

We upgraded to a bigger room on the ground floor. However the room had a musty smell and poor air ventilation for the entire stay. The ac unit just did not clear the air. There was heavy moisture. All our clothes felt damp and we had to put our clothes and suitcases on the porch before we checked out to dry..

Amazing as always

Such a beautiful little hotel, I have stayed here many times over the year as it's in a very good location, walking distance to the beach, good coffee, gyms, cafes and restaurants etc. The staff are beautiful and always make you feel very welcome! I absolutely love staying here and will continue to do so in the near future.

The only downfall I have noticed the last couple of times I stayed there in December is that the water in the rooms is extremely salty, I had spoken with them about this before I left and it is due to their filters and being so close to the beach. I will communicate this with them prior to staying with them next time as I would like to continue staying there in the near future.

Comortable and best value.

Everything except the water (which might not be the inn’s problem). The room was cool, cozy and intimate. And as for the place, you can stay in and lounge while your family / partner go elsewhere—the inn is that comfortable. Breakfast was delightful too.

The water quality. Seems like it’s a problem for Bali not just the resort. You get beach water, and it’s all the more worrying that the beach is not that clean in these parts.

Very comfortable for a one night stay.

Staff were friendly and accommodated my late check-in. Arranging a shuttle from the airport was very easy. Bed was comfortable.

Great, but quiet position

Good spot close to beach and street. Private and quiet. Down a quiet lane. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Pool nice on a warm day.

Upstairs breakfast ok but could be improved. ( eg:only offered chocolate sauce with pancake, smallish fruit plate)

Lovely little stay tucked away with the best staff :)

The property is tucked away behind the busy road but walkable to all the shops and restaurants! It’s a 2 minute walk to Ku De Ta entrance and 5 minutes to the beach. The staff are beyound wonderful and the kindest people I have met in Bali yet! Breakfast included is basic options but good and you can order other stuff for very cheap!(breakfast only there at the restaurant) but 2 doors down is a restaurant called Niki which had amazing food! The pool was great and the room was very clean! I’d stay again for sure! Each room has a little comfy bench and coffee table area outside.

Excellent hotel, staff & value for money.

It was in a great location, close to the town centre & beach, but far enough away to be lovely & quiet. The breakfast was perfect & in a beautiful setting on the rooftop. The staff were fantastic. There was a much needed pool partially shaded from the sun by native plants.

Affordable Seminyak

Great location, close to all the action but tucked away from the street. Ice cold air con, clean rooms, a pool at your door and 25000 Rupiah Bintangs at reception. What more could you want!? You can stay here for a month for about the same as it costs for a week at the resort across the road.

A great find in Seminyak.

It's really close to the beach, markets, restaurants and nightlife. The staff are all really helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, cold air con, water bottles replenished daily, fridge and TV. King size comfy beds and pillows and a pool right outside the door. Bintangs, coke and water is available at reception for purchase and you can order massages at good prices to your room. Breakfast is included and is a good size to get you through to lunch.

A nice private hotel with a lovely swimming pool and great location.

The location was great for exploring Seminyak - close to shops and beach. Was nice and quiet and the pool was lovely. Great seating around out on private balcony/porch area so you didn't have to be in your room when relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Cleaning was great and they provided water daily.

The breakfast was basic so not amazing but we preferred to be out exploring in the mornings anyway so got breakfast elsewhere.

Very relaxing break with great staff

Serene mix of traditional and modern. Staff very helpful and supportive of our wheelchair needs as restaurant was on third floor they provided free room service for breakfast.

Helpful and friendly staff, convenient location — money exchange, supermarkets, spas, lots of cafes around, tasty breakfasts in the hotel with an amazing omelet!

Some room equipment could be refreshed, e. g. bathroom. There are only a few sockets — had to constantly switch between the fridge and the kettle.

The property was in an amazing location! Close to shops, restaurants and the beach all in walking distance! It was pretty quiet as the rooms are off the road! The staff were all lovely and very accomodating.

The bathroom was a bit dated and could be upgraded, but this didn’t take away from the rest of the room.

Great if you're on budget, but not comfy for long term stay

- excellent location, 3 mins walk to kayu aya beach, very close to the shops, restaurants and malls - very friendly and accommodating staffs. They're very helpful! Overall, great location but only if you're in budget. Wouldn't stay more than 1 night tbh

- room is outdated, damp smell when you enter it - stained bedsheets and towels

Relatively good for the price

The stay was nice, the room was spacious, the sheets were clean, and the breakfast was good.

It’s about a 13-minute walk to the sea. There were small ants on the furniture in the room.

Great hotel

This was our 5th girls holiday at Amerta, so clearly we love the Amerta and staff. It is always spotlessly clean and in a great location. It is also very well priced.

Being a small hotel, the peace can be broken by rowdy guests. It is time for the linen to be updated, however, I was told that a refurbishment is scheduled

Great central location
