A great find in Seminyak.

It's really close to the beach, markets, restaurants and nightlife. The staff are all really helpful, friendly and accommodating. The rooms are clean and have everything you need, cold air con, water bottles replenished daily, fridge and TV. King size comfy beds and pillows and a pool right outside the door. Bintangs, coke and water is available at reception for purchase and you can order massages at good prices to your room. Breakfast is included and is a good size to get you through to lunch.

A nice private hotel with a lovely swimming pool and great location.

The location was great for exploring Seminyak - close to shops and beach. Was nice and quiet and the pool was lovely. Great seating around out on private balcony/porch area so you didn't have to be in your room when relaxing. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Cleaning was great and they provided water daily.

The breakfast was basic so not amazing but we preferred to be out exploring in the mornings anyway so got breakfast elsewhere.

Very relaxing break with great staff

Serene mix of traditional and modern. Staff very helpful and supportive of our wheelchair needs as restaurant was on third floor they provided free room service for breakfast.

Some room equipment could be refreshed, e. g. bathroom. There are only a few sockets — had to constantly switch between the fridge and the kettle.

The property was in an amazing location! Close to shops, restaurants and the beach all in walking distance! It was pretty quiet as the rooms are off the road! The staff were all lovely and very accomodating.

The bathroom was a bit dated and could be upgraded, but this didn’t take away from the rest of the room.

- excellent location, 3 mins walk to kayu aya beach, very close to the shops, restaurants and malls - very friendly and accommodating staffs. They're very helpful! Overall, great location but only if you're in budget. Wouldn't stay more than 1 night tbh

Great hotel

This was our 5th girls holiday at Amerta, so clearly we love the Amerta and staff. It is always spotlessly clean and in a great location. It is also very well priced.

Being a small hotel, the peace can be broken by rowdy guests. It is time for the linen to be updated, however, I was told that a refurbishment is scheduled

Avoid staying there, room smells bad and bedsheets were dirty.

Unfortunately nothing.

Indeed there is a pool and the area outside the rooms looks the way it is in the photos however the room smells bad from the second you open the door and it was dirty. More specifically, once we entered my friend and I noticed that there was a strong smell probably from dampness. Also there was water leaking from the air conditioning in the room which the receptionist cleaned after we told them. The worst part though was that the bedsheets and the duvet were extremely dirty and when we asked the receptionist to change then he said that he couldn’t do anything because they change these at morning and that we had to wait until then. However, as we were only staying that night we asked him at least to bring clean bedsheet and duvet cover so we could change these ourselves and his response was that they don’t have any clean bedsheets. Of course we asked for an immediate refund and left immediately to find another room.

Ho chiesto il check out ritardato e non mi è stato concesso (questo è giustificabile). Ho chiesto un secondo cuscino (ho problemi di salute e il secondo cuscino mi serve per dormire meglio) e non mi è stato concesso. In tanti anni di viaggi ovunque non mi era mai capitato, questo per me è stato gravissimo anche perché sarebbe stata una gentilezza a costo zero. Inoltre al piano superiore c'era il terrazzo dove servivano la colazione dove alle 7.00 di mattina hanno incominciato a spostare mobilio impedendoci di dormire. Anche la pulizia lascia un po' a desiderare.

Great price & position for a Seminyak stay

The rooms were similar to photos, and the hotel was tucked down an alleyway on a quiet street close to the Flea Markets and main shopping/resturant district. A short walk to Seminyak Beach. Breakfast was served on the rooftop with a lovely view over the neighbourhood.

It was a neat, clean & tidy hotel room and the breakfast was great!

We felt there was no vibe. Other hotels we stayed at had music and a bar so you would meet other people and swim & enjoy a cocktail.. this was the only reason we would not return.. but we still give it 5 stars for everything else.
