We originally booked a garden villa and we were upgraded to an ocean view villa because of hotel.com VIP status and it didn’t disappoint. The room decor was absolutely stunning and they’d thought of all of the small touches that made it really special. They also serviced the room twice a day if you want, which is great if you’ve had a pool day. The sunsets from the infinity pool are spectacular and the massage I had at the Spa was one of the best I’ve ever had. We were looked after by Aussie all week and it was amazing to be able to WhatsApp her and organise bookings really conveniently. She also went out of her way to help find my partner’s sunglasses after losing them at the pool the day before. The rest of the staff were amazing as well. Highly recommend this resort we’re sad to leave!

We stayed 3 nights in an upgraded villa which was wonderful. I really liked our host Aussie who was always available via WhatsApp. Our driver Sucipta was also very nice and a good driver. The cleaning staff was wonderful. The BBQ looked nice but was a bit too expensive for us for a BBQ. We ate at the restaurant one night which had a beautiful setting but the main corse took too long time to arrive and one was too salty. Breakfast was great! All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

We had a superb stay; it was our favourite hotel and location in Bali having visited nusa dua before and Ubud. We were so glad we ended our honeymoon here. Aussie was our personal host and she was lovely. She checked in on us often and the check out process was also seamless. Great hotel, stunning views of the beach and sunset.

WOW! couldn't have asked for a better hotel, service or location. Everything was absolutely perfect, truly a hotel I would recommend to anyone. Gorgeous pools, Seaview, restaurants. An extra plus was the morning Wellness activities like yoga and breath work in the chapel overlooking the sea. The staff are also incredible, they all knew our name as soon as we arrived. Very professional and service minded. I felt like a queen. I would love to stay here again. I understand why they have guest staying here for their 5th or 10th time. Strongly recommend!

Loved the location and the Pools. The staff were great and friendly. The ONLY addition I would ADD to this resort is a small bar/cocktail lounge area for when you want to just SIT somewhere, have a drink and maybe watch some sport or mingle. You could only do that by the pool. The resort is perfect though.

Wonderful hotel right on the ocean that achieves a 5 star experience combined with the uniqueness of the Bali culture. Near to many stores and restaurants but our favorite place to eat dinner was right on the resort site which had sunset views and outdoor dining on the ocean.

Staying in a villa with an open air concept living room with a private pool is pretty much the quintessential luxury Bali vacation we were looking for. The location was walkable to bars and restaurants. The best part of the trip? The staff were extremely attentive and thoughtful and made our stay extra special. Ps there’s a swim up bar at the community pool with great cocktails!

We had a lovely stay over NYE at the Seminyak Resort. The resort is old and could do with a refresh however the amenities were great and the staff were lovely. There isnt much to do at the hotel when its raining which we experienced as the Christmas and NYE period is predominantly in their rainy season. It would be great if there was a lounge/cafe with a pool table or chill music to relax rather than just going to our room when the rain is torrential. Overall we had a great stay at the Seminyak Resort, its a perfect spot to relax when the sun is out and is in a convenient location to all the best restaurants and bars in Seminyak.

I was upgraded to the Garden Villa which was awesome. Very nice Balinese design, comfortable and quiet, The property location was excellent. KuDeTa was practically next door, and Potatoe Head was a 10 min walk away, The busy walking and shopping street was just around the corner The staff was excellent from our late check-in to our late checkout. I really couldn;t ask for anything more from them. Everyone seemed to know our names. A big Thank You to our Host Coordinator, Aussie. She scheduled all our events, and kept up with our changing needs. I will certainly be back.
