The location, the friendly staff who always seem happy to help, the luxurious spaces, and the beautifully maintained surroundings.
The checkout time, I wish we had an option to check out late.

Location was very central walking distance to all shops and restaurants
The staff were inconsistent. They
forgotten to refresh our towels and when we got back from a day out ready to shower we notice no towels in our room and had to call room service to replace. In room dining not many options and food delivered cold. Breakfast was very average. When we go get our food the food trays were empty and they
took a while to refill. Over priced for what we got. Room service need to be trained. Left our robes as we left them, left cans of coke we drank on the dresser, no hand soap dispenser in our bathroom.
