ハネムーンに滞在しましたが本当に忘れられない思い出になりました。ハネムーンプランを利用し、部屋の装飾など特別な対応をしていただきました。部屋や施設はピカピカで、嫌な思いをすることはありませんでした。スタッフの方はとても親切で、要望に親切に対応していただきました。インフィニティプールから見た素晴らしい夕日は忘れられません。また泊まりたいです。

Schöne Anlage

Die Lage - Seminyak ist recht nah an der Zivilisation. Strand recht schön. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer - die Villa am Strand und ein Zimmer auf der anderen Straßenseite. Eine schöne Anlage mit schöner Bepflanzung und einer Koi - Karpfenanlage. Personal sehr freundlich vor allem aber Aussie und Tude haben sehr viel dazu beigetragen, dass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Der Pool an der Villa ist einfach klasse - habe da ziemlich viel Zeit mit unseren Sohn verbracht.

Ansonsten ist das Personal nett, jedoch beim Frühstück , wenn man ausführlich und länger frühstücken möchte, kriegt man schwer einen zweiten ganz zu schweigen von einem dritten Kaffee serviert - die dreckigen Teller stapeln sich und man wird ignoriert. Die Lasagne die wir im Hotel als Zimmerservice bestellt haben sollte und der Ausführung verboten werden - da wird jeder Italiener wahrscheinlich einen Herzinfarkt bekommen. Verbesserungsvorschlag für den Nachmitags/ Abends - House- Keeping: Einführung von Mosqitobekämpfungsmassnahmen einführen.

Best location. Awesome pool which has a good happy hour and good food. Watching the sun set with simple but good food and a delicious cocktail is pretty darn good. Staff are so helpful and genuinely friendly. Breakfast is amazing. It’s not inexpensive! But for a lot less one can stay at their annex across the road. Nice rooms and can still use all the main hotel facilities There is an ok gym

We were studying in the rooms over the road the staff didn’t put any effort into observing the room for example I broke a glass to clean my teeth with so I used a mug fir the rest of my stay the staff did not remove the mug and add a mother glass supplies were sometimes short

Nice hotel, friendly staff and good facilities but construction ruined the trip.

The staff were great and really friendly. The facilities in the hotel were really good as well. The room was large and the balcony was great to watch the sunset from.

Unfortunately for the entire duration of my stay the room beneath my room was being renovated. I was not made aware of this at the time of booking and the first time I was made aware was a note in my room after check in. They claimed the construction would only occur between 10:00 - 17:00. The construction started at 9am every morning. I was not offered any compensation for this or any option to change room. I had to ring reception a couple of times to ask for the noise to be kept down which didn't really help. Its disappointing as I paid a lot of money to stay here and it really did spoil the trip. If I was aware at the time of booking I would have booked a different hotel.

Séjour de rêve à Serminyak.

Séjour de rêve dans un des meilleurs et plus beaux hôtels de Bali. La piscine incroyable à débordement juste devant la plage très tranquille à cet endroit. Le parc magnifique avec des pièces d’eau entre la piscine et hôtel. Le petit-déjeuner buffet de grande qualité avec commande spéciale si souhaiter. La gentillesse balinaise de TOUT le Personnel. Mention spéciale pour Cynthia et sa remplaçante pour leur efficacité.

The grounds were really nice and the infinity pool was beautiful

Only 1 restaurant that closes early and has very limiting menu with not much local flavors. Breakfast restaurant closes full day after breakfast so not much choices. Staff a bit too suspicious, not as friendly as they should be for a hotel of this caliber, textbook trained but not much genuine hospitality

Everything was great - hotel not too big, great Location, loved the Infinity pool, breakfast had a great range, all staff were beautiful but special mention to Alum, Krisna and Putu by the pool, and Winda and Epi at breakfast)

Trying to be a little bit too fancy with food at Sanje restaurant and the restaurant by the pool. Also food was expensive. I wanted to be able to just order a traditional balinese mee goreng and Nasi goreng at a reasonable price. Food orders by the pool and Sanje were also a bit slow.

Although all the staff were excellent, I expected better of the facility for the price we paid.

Breakfast was really good, great selection. The afternoon snacks at the pool over the road were really good.

Surprisingly the red wine selection was severely limited and served chilled, also not available at the bar over the road and had to be bought across from the main bar each time I ordered a glass. The room was fine except the pillows were too big. The cups supplied were totally inadequately small to make tea or coffee so we had to purchase them. One night's meal at the main restaurant was excellent. Two other nights were not up to standard. At some tables, the chairs at this restaurant were terrible and the back cushion kept falling through a gap in the back. They should be replaced.

Brilliant

Unbelievably good hospitality. Extreme attention to detail when servicing the rooms. No request goes unnoticed and every need is met. The staff exemplary, food exceptional and cocktails generous. One cannot ask for more. I was wanting for nothing and except a few occasions, never had to leave the premises. Photo shoots, massages, et al were in house. Just fantastic....

Excellent room, facilities and staff. I had a beach room which was very spacious lovely views. Beautiful beachfront and infinity pool. Great sunsets from the pool. Excellent breakfast variety with specials every day and special mention to the Eggs Benedict!

La piscina a sfioro sulla spiaggia davvero suggestiva , colazione varia e abbondante , camera grande e spaziosa

Il ristorante che da sulla spiaggia potrebbero migliorarlo , pochi piatti e non eccezionali . Lo staff di questa struttura non mi è molto piaciuto . Prima di arrivarci ho girato un po’ Bali e devo dire che ciò che fa la differenza sono proprio le persone e qui non ho ricevuto quel calore , tutti molto freddi , sembrava come se fossero lì perché dovevano farlo e farselo piacere e purtroppo questo rende il servizio scarso per quanto la struttura possa spingere . Il personale della sala colazione disorganizzato e confusionario , solo l’accoglienza al check in è stata buona . Loro spingono affinché tu faccia una buona recensione ma fondamentale non offrono nulla in più , cosa che a Bali le altre strutture fanno .

Excellent hotel to have a long stay in Seminyak. Fantastic and beautiful facilities with the swimming pool next to the beach. Staff are incredibly nice and helpful and food is very good quality. Great stay.
