Location was close to Seminyak Main Street. Room was clean and comfortable. Value for money. Staff were lovely.

Was a little difficult to find at first as it’s located at the back of the JR market. So often drivers would get confused when picking us up. However this was a minor issue

Great location.

When it rained it leaked in the bathroom roof - making the bathroom wet. The bathroom mirror was rusted and stained and needed replacing. The furniture was stained. The pictures promoted make it look way better than it is.

Best hotel we stayed in all of Bali

Quiet, clean, comfortable bed, amazing pool, in the heart of town but away from clubs. We tried to extend our stay there but it was already booked or we would have stayed one more week! Amazing value for your money.

Good value for money, centrally located but tucked away for a good night’s rest

Location - right across from the markets, within short walking distance from the beach, multiple restaurants and mini marts, but down a slight alley/side road, so quieter than the main roads, making for a quiet sleep at night.

A bit more worn down and shabbier than the pictures showed. Very low water pressure but seems to be common in a lot of areas in Bali. Not as clean as I would have hoped, but it’s good value for money if you want a short term stay in a central location.

The location was perfect- quiet but close to cafes, shops, the beach. I used the pool, it’s clean and big enough to swim in. Nice big room. They staff were really nice and helpful. They provided an iron promptly and there was always fresh drinking water. Really good value for money… I’d stay again 😊

Favorite place that needs some renovation

This is the third time I’m staying in Room & Vespa 4. I absolutely love this place, it gives a feeling of boutique hotel with only 6 rooms, super stylish and cozy, very quite despite the best location possible - 2 min from the beach and 5 min from the street with all the shops and restaurant. Lovely stuff who still works here 5 years later since the last time a stayed here. You barely see other quests and have a pool which is almost your own one. Beautiful rooms, new bottles of water every day.

Even tough I love this place with all my heart the hotel management needs to make some renovations. 7 and 5 years ago everything was new and exceptional. Right now the showers have rust and are very loose, towels and beddings are very old, all in stains and the color went from white to grey. Dear management, if you are reading this please buy new towels, bed sheets and covers. There are a lot of stains on furniture (bed, sofas, lamps) that need to be removed as well or new ones should be bought. This really needs to be monitored to keep the best level of service.

The location and staff. Bathroom was clean.

When we walked into the room, it gave us a grubby feel. It desperately needed a good paint. The couch cushions were filthy. Floor was dirty to feel underfoot, so I gave that a wash and the cloth I used was black with dirt. The cups had dribble marks on them from previous residents. It was dusty. After I gave it a quick clean we had a nice stay. But...it definitely was not boutique stay. We had much cheaper and better accommodation in Bali this trip.There were no slippers or hair-dryer, only 1 robe. These were advertised on booking dot com as part of the accommodation. Truthfully, had there been other accommodation available in the area I would have checked out. But , when I asked the man to clean the floor properly the next day, it was done.

De styling en de kamer grootte is geweldig! De mensen die er werken zijn super aardig en de locatie is top! Midden in het centrum, dichtbij het strand, dichtbij de mall, dichtbij uitgaansgebied, dichtbij de vlooienmarkt. Superstil en rustig.

Er is geen ontbijt te krijgen en de badkamer (grote douchekop) en houten deck vereisen wat onderhoud.

Stanza perfetta per un soggiorno al mare

Struttura perfetta ed accogliente vicino al Seminyak Village e alla via centrale, comoda per arrivare alla spiaggia e a tutti i servizi principali. Stanza accogliente, pulita e con un buonissimo profumo. Dotata anche di antizanzare da presa, da non sottovalutare considerata la presenza di insetti. Materasso comodo. Staff cordiale e disponibile, con pulizia quotidiana della stanza.

Le tende e la biancheria presentavano delle macchie, i copri lampade sono macchiati e consiglierei alla struttura un bel makeover per riuscire a ridare alla struttura la totalità di un bel 10.

El personal que nos atendió fue amable y la habitación tiene un buen tamaño.

Una oruga saliendo de la cisterna, cortinas y sabanas con manchas, el agua de la ducha escasa y templada como mucho, el lavabo perdiendo agua y encharcando el suelo del baño, la piscina sin limpiar... En fin, mejor reserva en otro hotel.

Eine tolle Unterkunft für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Seminyak

Die Lage war ausgezeichnet. Zentral in einem Hinterhof in Seminyak gelegen. Der nächste Strandzugang ist zu Fuß in ca 10 Minuten erreicht. Bars, Restaurants und Cafés ebenfalls. Man kann auch ganz einfach mit GRAB unkompliziert per Mofa und Fahrer von A nach B.

Die Zimmer im ersten Stock haben keinen Balkon. Vielleicht hatte ich das auch überlesen. Im EG liegen die Zimmer direkt am Pool. Darauf könnte man achten
