You can walk to the square from here which helps because that's where taxis can get to easily. There are one way streets that will add a lot of time/expense to taxi rides if you let them. Pretty short walk to the beach. Pretty large room itself. Price is good for what you get.

Tiny little things will be broken and not working and they remain that way. I'm talking like door knobs not working right and that sort of thing. They just have to be ignored. The person that you interact with through Booking.com is in another country with different waking hours so answers will be delayed if you ask for things. It can be hard to get the whole address out of Booking.com as well which confuses taxis.

The location was excellent. Nice big room too.

The air-conditioning in room 5 was not big enough for the room. They gave me a big fan though.

Good location, at walk distance to the beach, Seminyak square and Kayu Aya where you can find many restaurants, pubs, shops, massage-salons. Simple room but sufficient, slept wel for my 2 days stay. The balcony is nice. Ask the owner for some cushion for the wooden chair for comfort.

The room is quite dark because there is only a small window, so not much outside light, unless you open the wooden door. The electric lights although work fine, so if natural light in the room is not important, this is no issue.
