I love it here would 💯 recommend

The host was soooo so sooo kind and her daughter is really cute. Since we had a midnight flight and we were coming from Uluwatu we asked if we could check in early and they said yes we were only planning to stay for a couple of hours to leave our luggage and roam around Seminyak. The location is close to everything, room is amazing clean and good wifi. Very cheap price too! I would definitely come back and stay here.

Wonderful stay here

I had a wonderful stay here at narayuka house, I only wish I could of stayed longer! I arrived late after flight delay and I was warmly welcomed. The room had everything I needed and the comfiest bed and pillows I have had for a long time. It was clean and quiet and the owners were so lovely. I felt really welcome and will definitely choose to stay again if I am back in the area.

Clean, comfortable and affordable accomodation central to everything a traveller needs.

Nice, clean and comfortable homestay managed by a sweet couple with a youthful spirit. This property is in a quiet alley, located just off one of the main roads of Seminyak. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away and there are shops and plenty of restaurants all around. The owners provide free water and coffee and also cooking facilities. Plus they will help you out if you want to rent a scooter. I hope I can return to Bali sometime soon, and when I do, I will head straight to this place.

Peaceful stay in a perfect location in Seminyak

The location was perfect, as it is close to all the shops and restaurants, as well as within walking distance to the beach and a big supermarket. The staff, Santi and her husband, were also very helpful and friendly. Best of all, the room was in a quiet, peaceful location. Very good value for money.

- LOCATION: is at side Lane as most of hotels and houses beside the beach area. You can pass to hotel via 3 different main streets, the easiest one from Jl. Plawe. Airport is far 10 km to S. to go by Motorcycle against IDR 60,000 (=Rs. 60K) Or Grab Taxi against Rs. 100K Or Taxi Rs. 250-150K. Seminyak Beach walk 1.2km W. in one straight line Or Motorcycle against Rs. 10K. “Bintang” Supermarket is far 0.5km S. & “Freshtive” Supermarket is far 0.4km E., There are 3 relatively cheap Restaurant for locals are closed, Different Shops around in everywhere. - Small Double ROOM at 1st. floor is as described during reservation with medium Fridge, Table & Chair, Umbrella, smart flat TV after installing became with 30 nice channels include 1 English Channel but its other activities you must go to subscribe at offices. - its Private BATHRoom: is with big Size, Fan, big Towel, Shampoo, and Hot water. - HOTEL: is 5 rooms in 2 floors, full shared Kitchen at Gr. Floor with 24 hr. free Tea & Coffee & normal /hot vending Water machine. There is no Garden but tens of Flower boxes & Gate open 24hr. - STAFF: Family run with 2 polite dogs are living in the same place. No Map but they are Help & try to do the best. They gave me Juice and many of different Fruits and reserve on-line to me Grab Taxi to come at early morning to Airport and even they paid it to me … I was hoped to give them higher average Rate but I cannot?

Room: the double Bed occupy the most of area, and also Cupboard with its own key is out the door at your private sitting area in terrace. AC was strong and calm but maybe its filter screen is not clean, I have a sensitivity of nose? so they gave me not calm Fan. Private BATHRoom: you must check the fixation of the Lavatories!

施設は清潔でオーナーは親切でフレンドリー、共有のキッチンには食器や調理器具、レンジ、トースター、コーヒーメーカー、と一通り整っています。立地は最高でした。飲食店、コンビニ、スーパーマーケットは徒歩圏内、このまま、ここで生活しても良いかなと思う程良かったです。

Voor de prijs was het prima.

De locatie van het huis was prima. De eigenaren waren erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het bed was erg fijn. Goed matras. Mistte wel de guling.

De voorpui was van glas en op nog geen 10 mtr afstand aan de overkant van de binnenplaats was een appartement waar een gezin woont. Die zaten veel buiten op het terras. Mijn kamer had wel vitrage maar als ik ‘s avonds het licht aan deed moest ik de overgordijnen dicht doen. Anders zagen ze mij in mijn kamer. De muur met de andere kamer was erg doen. Als ik nog een keer zou boeken dan alleen kamer 3. Geen overburen dan een huistempel en geen andere kamer er aan vast.

Emplacement parfait et propre !

Quel plaisir de loger ici. On se sent dans une petite bulle au milieu de l’agitation. La localisation est parfaite, petite rue calme à 2 pas de la rue principale. La famille est accueillante et très gentille. La literie est confortable et la chambre propre ! Il y a un fontaine à eau chaude/froide et café/thé à disposition dans un espace cuisine partagé. De l’eau chaude avec une bonne pression dans la SDB + la clim et un petit frigo. Possibilité de louer un scooter en passant par le gérant. Il y a une petite terrasse avec chaises et table devant chaque chambre.

Rien … il y a du vis à vis car la famille vit en face mais ça fait partie de l’immersion. Les chiens peuvent aboyer le soir et en rentrant mais c’est partout pareil. Il n’y a pas de petits déjeuners mais plein de restaurants à proximité.

・オーナーご家族が親切でした！・水回りが最高でした！シャワーは手に持って動かせるタイプで、今までいくつかの国へ行きましたが、今までで1番水圧が良く、温度が安定しており、毛量が多い私にとって大変ありがたく、感動しました！また、洗面台も広く、こちらもちょうど良い水圧でした。・コンセントがベット両サイドのちょうど良い位置、机の隣、洗面台の隣にもあり、とても便利でした。・ヘアドライヤーは言ったら貸してくれます。温風が出るタイプのもので、とても良かったです。・蟻が部屋に数匹、外に沢山いましたが、入り口の下に虫除けスプレーをすると入ってこなくなったので、虫除けスプレーは持って置いた方がいいかもしれません。入り口の外側にもスプレーをしていたところ、オーナーさんが気づいてくれ、蟻を箒で履いてくれました！・門のところに犬がいます。わたしは犬が苦手ですが、とても大人しいので全く怖くありませんでした。

Fantastique séjour. Chambre chez une famille très sympathique, gentils et aux petits soins. L'endroit est calme, propre, sans bruit, avec climatisation et à 15min de la plage. Je reviendrais sans hésiter.

位置离佩尼达一日游接送点只有五分钟路程。屋子虽然小点，但是该有的都有，还很干净，我反而喜欢这样紧凑的户型。这么小屋居然有冰箱你敢信。房东非常好，热情帮忙搬行李，安排好一应事务。一家人都很热情。非常喜欢这里，强烈推荐，性价比超高，超舒适。

Maison au top au cœur de seminyak

Tout était parfait. Notre avion a eu du retard et notre hôte a eu la gentillesse de nous accueillir à 1h30 du matin avec le sourire. Chambre impeccable, matelas ferme, calme absolu, climatisation et wifi au top. Une bonne adresse en plein centre de seminyak.
