Gem in seminyak

Great location just off a main road, the bed is large and comfortable the pool is great to cool off in. There is construction during the day so expect some noise. We took the room and breakfast option that we highly recommend. Special mention to Novi and Irene for looking after us during our month long stay. We would happily stay again.

The temporary construction noise. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade but adequate.

Room was clean and a reasonable size for a couple and 1 kid. Breakfast was just OK. There was a bit of noise in the mornings because of the construction taking place. Owner and staff were extremely friendly.

The location was central.

The location was in the middle of a building g site. There was building noise (extreme) sometimes until 10pm. We had been told there was building but had not been warned of the extremity of it and the hazardous conditions we had to climb over to get off the property. There was a dog who lived on the property and it barked a ridiculous amount. There was no reception, just a desk under the stairs and often nobody on duty and only a WhatsApp number to call. When I asked for teabags I was told there were none and I had to wait until they could buy some the next day. A stocked mini bar was advertised but it was empty.

Great location. Spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Fast wifi. Cute pool. 3rd time in Sleepwell and I would come back again.

2nd stay and not the last

I came to Sleepwell Seminyak 1 year ago and decided to book again. Only 8 rooms. Very clean. Very good service. Reactive and super friendly staff (hotel + restaurant for breakfast). Very good wifi. Next to everything you need.

It would be nice to have a curtain for the small back window for morning light. The A/C is not strong enough for the size of the room. Some noises because of surrounding works but the hotel sent a warning beforehand.

Excellent location, great room, amazing hospitality

I had a wonderful stay at Sleepwell Seminyak. The hotel is peaceful yet close to everything — shops, restaurants, and the beach are all within walking distance. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with reliable Wi-Fi and good air-conditioning. The pool area is lovely and quiet, and breakfast was fresh and tasty. A special thank-you to Ninik, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay — she truly made me feel at home. Excellent value for money — I’d happily stay here again!

Large comfortable room, excellent staff. Excellent breakfast every day. The onsite restaurant was excellent, food was great value and very nicely served.

Disappointing stay

I have been staying at Sleepwell when visiting Seminyak since 2018. There were renovations going on that we were unaware of when booking and the original communal sitting area was unusable. The staff were very friendly but hardly there. The place is no longer value for money. Very underwhelmed and will not be staying again.

The price, I am now paying double to what I did with the same room but no nice communal space and very little interaction with staff.

Lovely peaceful stay with great breakfast

The room was very clean fresh and the bed was so comfy we had a very good nights sleep. Breakfast next door was incredible, one of the best ‘included’ breakfasts we have ever had. Staff friendly and helpful. Great location to all shops and places to eat. Very quiet as set back off the main road. Highly recommend!

Perfect place to sleep and have rest

It’s great value if that’s what you look for. We needed a quiet place to have rest. Far from noise, clean and pleasant. There is also pool with a cute hut behind. We booked a room with included breakfast, which was very good, with some options. It’s like 15 min walk from the nearest beach. A lot of shops and restaurants around. Located in a quiet area. They provided anything I asked for. They have laundry service as well. Mattress and pillows are super comfy! Name of the villa speaks for it.

Nice stay in a large and clean room , lovely breakfast .

The room was bigger and nicer than it looked in the photos and very clean . All the staff where very nice and friendly and helpful .The breakfast was served in a cafe at the front of the house which was really nice and included in the price of the stay .

short and sweet!

the owner met us and was really friendly. we explained we were only staying overnight to catch an early bot to the Gilli’s and would be gone by the time breakfast started. she said 2 breakfast boxes would be no problem! we were running a bit late for our pick up so had to drop the key and run, she followed after us on her scooter to give us our breakfast! thank you so much!

we didn’t have any hot water for the shower, but it wasn’t a huge issue really…

I would stay here again as its cheap and the accomodation is decent.

The room was a decent size and the breakfast was satisfactory. It is a decent room for the amount of money you are paying. The hotel was accomodating when two of my friends joined me for the last night. They arranged an extra bed and were very agreeable.

The bathroom was very dark and it liked things like hand soap. My AC was also not properly working even though the staff said they fixed it.

I liked that they were ever so friendly, it was lovely to walk through where the family loved every morning to get to the street. You were always greeted with a smile. The breakfast was included at a cafe round the corner which was great and again the staff were very friendly too. I liked that they gave you bottles of water every morning if you ask them to clean your room, they also included shower gel. I liked that although it was a little walk to the beach it was quiet and I had good sleep

All was great! Room is big and clean, there is a kettle and fridge. Always u have bottles of water, tea, coffee in your room. So tasty breakfast. Lovely staff!

Superb

The location of the Hotel is strategic as it is just located behind the main street area. Everything is easily accessible and the staff is friendly. The room was spacious and a small fridge is available for food storage from the supermarket. Even though it is located near main street but you still get peaceful sleep in the night.
