Location, pool, privacy and the fact there’s only 16 suites.
Bathrooms could do with a revamp, they feel dirty and cheap compared to the room itself. Better towels too.

Great value! Clean comfortable with a big bed. Ideal for those who don't spend lots of time in their rooms.
Rooms & bathrooms are small & could be challenging for couples. My bathroom floor tended to flood & hold water. It was a design flaw.

It has all the amenities you need, hair dryer, kettle, even toothbrush. Staff was very nice and helpful. Lots of shops and restaurants around, Beach about 18mins walk.
The smell of mould hits you hard as you open the door! The stench was so strong I could not stand it, ai condition is super mouldy and as soon as you turn it on the smell gets even worse! I was sneezing and had runny nose for the whole stay, I used like hundreds of tissues. Also bathroom was very dirty
