The reception staff were very welcoming and hospitable. Communication around taxi booking to the airport should be improved as I was told it should be made 24 hours before and I hadn't been informed earlier. So I didn't use the hotel taxi. A notice should be put up on the notice board. And also communication that breakfast isn't part of the room package.

Had a wonderful staycation at Primera Hotel Seminyak. The hotel is cozy, clean, and located in a very strategic area near many cafes and shops in Seminyak. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was comfortable and perfect for a relaxing short getaway. Great value for money and would definitely love to come back again!

Breakfast is same all days but ok and enough. Location is good if u want to party, room n toilet not 100% clean, very small room, toilet bathroom is also so so small 😭 100k deposit required for key, all r non smoking rooms, but their staff n guests smoke and drink alcohol in Coridoor and also near lift , reception staff is not so active,. Overall hotel is Ok if I want to stay 1_2 nights. Swimming pool is small.
