A truly unforgettable stay thanks to the magnificent team at Hepburn!

The Hepburn Seminyak was hands down our favourite hotel in Indonesia. Not just in Seminyak, but across our entire trip. The room was stunningly beautiful and wonderfully spacious, tucked away on a quiet street that felt secluded, yet still right in the heart of town. Everything you possibly need is within walking distance, including shops, restaurants, and the beach, making the location truly perfect. What sets The Hepburn apart, though, is the incredible staff. They are genuinely second-to-none. A very special thank you goes to Ako and Bonnie, who went above and beyond in ways we will never forget. During our stay, it was my partner’s birthday, and I had asked Bonnie if she could help inflate some balloons I’d brought to decorate the room. What they did instead completely blew us away. Not only did they beautifully decorate the room and thoughtfully arrange everything on the wall, but Bonnie also surprised us by organising a custom birthday cake. The cake was absolutely delicious and even had a personal message written on top which was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that made the day incredibly special. Unfortunately, I came down with a case of “Bali belly” during our stay - entirely unrelated to the hotel and picked up from a meal in town - which meant I was confined to bed for over 24 hours and sadly during my partner’s birthday. Once again, Bonnie and Ako came to the rescue. Bonnie and her team decorated the room while I rested, and Ako kindly prepared me a spiced ginger and jungle honey tea that was both delicious and incredibly effective. He also brought me electrolytes and recommended other remedies, which helped me recover quickly and feel human again. We truly cannot thank the team at The Hepburn enough. They made us feel like family, cared for us with such warmth and generosity, and turned what could have been a disappointing situation into an unforgettable experience. If we return to Seminyak, we can't wait to see the team again!

Loved the styling of the property - the attention to detail and cleanliness. Rooms were spacious and everything that you needed was thoughtfully provided. (And very comfy beds!)

Location was convenient/ close to shopping and food. A short walk to Seminyak beach. Lovely room, warm shower and was very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed having a swim in the pool and relaxing in our villa. Most of the staff were lovely and catered to our needs.

Lovely stay in the heart of Seminyak

The guesthouse is very nice, and tastefully designed and decorated. The service was very polite and friendly, and I appreciate them accommodating my very late check-in. The breakfast was great, with enough variety. All in all, a lovely stay.

The staff were amazing, always cheerful and helpful. Always someone on hand. The room was immaculate and kept spotless daily. The bed was excellent and the bathroom was of a high standard. The location was central to everything whilst being private and very quiet. The pool was perfect to cool off after exploring. Whilst the premises can be described as intimate, you never feel like the other guests are too close.

Charming little Boutique Hotel in Seminyak

We had a wonderful stay at HepburnSeminyak. It's a secluded little boutique-hotel away from the main road in Seminyak, yet conveniently located in the centre - Bintang Supermarket is just a stroll away and so Seminyak Beach. The hotel has a special charm in Its simplicity, an authentic, soulful atmosphere on its own. A tranquil courtyard with a pool and a beautiful, fragrant frangipani. Rooms are well-appointed, very clean, spacious, cozy, and inviting. Also the bed is to die for!!! :) The staff is very attentive and always makes sure you have everything you need. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

The room was so beautiful. Huge bed. So much space. Fittings all new and nicely done. The hosts were also so lovely. Made the most wonderful breakfast and couldn’t do more to help.

We loved staying here. Room was stunning amazing aircon. Fan also supplied if too cold. Decor beautiful. Staff so lovely. Breakfast prepared when we'd like. Fabulous spot close to a lot of our favourite eateries (craved, jacksonlilys, bo & bun, bintang supermarket, wild habit) in walking distance. Ally has done an amazing job. Photos are exactly as is. Gorgeous boutique accommodation.

Nous avons eu la seule chambre sans balcon ce qui était dérangeant car, nous n’avions pas un extérieur aussi confortable pour s’installer + pas de canapé , ou siège dans la chambre pour se poser. Le vis à vis est très important et, le petit déjeuner manque de saveur …

Het was erg schoon en het personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en attent. Het is op loopafstand van het strand en een hoop leuke restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Alles binnen handbereik.

Nous avons fait 3 nuits transit avant de partir pour île de java Endroit calme, confortable et « petit » dans le sens pas big resort mais chambre bien spatieuse Petit déjeuner très bien préparé et très bon😊 Il y a des bons restaurants autour !! Il faut savoir que Seminyak est un endroit très touristique et on penserait pas que ce soit calme comme ca là-bas! Personnel au petit soin !

Un séjour parfait avec un accueil exceptionnel et un emplacement idéal à Seminyak.

Un accueil exceptionnel dès notre arrivée ! On a eu droit à des fruits frais, des boissons dans le frigo, même une brosse à dents tout était pensé dans les moindres détails. Le personnel est adorable et très attentionné, ils sont venus s’assurer que tout allait bien juste après notre installation. La chambre était propre, le lit très confortable, et l’ambiance générale vraiment agréable. L’emplacement est parfait, à proximité des restaurants et cafés de Seminyak, tout se fait à pied. On a aussi pu louer un scooter directement sur place, ce qui est super pratique.

Neu renoviertes, sehr sauberes Interieur. Positiv war, dass es im Zentrum war, jedoch trotzdem sehr ruhig war. Ausreden war es nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit - wir würden hier immer wieder herkommen.

Потрясающе пахли шампуни, гель для душа и кондиционер)) Чистый небольшой бассейн, рассчитан на 6 комнат, но мы никогда не пересекались с другими гостями в нем. Очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. Приятно было получить welcome drink и фрукты по приезду. Так же в любое время можно наливать кофе. Когда начался дождь, возле каждой комнаты положили зонтики для каждого проживающего. Это очень мило) Тихое, спокойное место. При этом находится близко с барами, кафе, магазинами. Не далеко от пляжа. Пляж хороший. Мы ходили на doble-six, до него немного подольше идти, но тоже комфортно. Все наши возникшие пожелания в ходе проживания были услышаны и максимально исполнены) спасибо! Приедем еще)

Находится на слишком узкой улочке, если нужно такси - лучше заказывать на широкую дорогу.

Все было отлично, в день когда была церемония перекрывали главную дорогу и было шумно из-за байков, но это особо мне не помешало уснуть
