Such a Worst nightmare to stay there

No cleaning at all. Stayed for a week literally they haven’t done housekeeping even once. If you ask them to change the dirty bed linen they have excause: all the stuff gone for cleaning they don’t have stock at the moment.

Scam

Nothing, reception didn't speak english, they refuse to let me in the room because I arrived at 2 am at night and the guy just refuse to wake up and accept me in the room. He lied about being asleep while I clearly saw him awake on his phone and I was forced to sleep outside in the common area on a mattress I found there. He didn't care at all.

Everything was dirty, dusty, broken or mouldy. Big gap on the door made the aircon basically useless. I left after 1 hour staying in the room because of horrible service and amenities. Way overpriced and I couldn't get a refund, I found another apartment for half the price and way better service and amenities nearby.

I requested to be picked up on arrival with all my details this didn’t happen 🤬 the dogs barking at night so very little sleep wifi didn’t work for some time of my stay which was also something I needed to keep in contact with people this wasn’t good one young male staff member maybe new asked me if I kept cash in my room so this also wasn’t great

Worst hotel in the history of my travels DO NOT STAY THERE

The location was good and close to the beach and shops and restaurants

The room we stayed in leaked water so badly that all of my personal belongings got wet including my passport and my iPhone along with other important paperwork, All were completely ruined and I have had to replace all of the above at a cost of many thousand dollars. When I complained to the staff about the problem they were completely unhelpful and rude. They laughed at my wife and I and thought it was not a problem and not worth worrying about saying they didn't know the room leaked. I would recommend that nobody ever stay at this hotel EVER. It's a complete dump and the staff and the owner, and older lady who lives on the property is the rudest person I have ever encountered in my life. I have never been so upset or humiliated and angry in my life by the way we were treated. The booking was through bookings.com who provide insurance against this sort of thing but these people wouldn't not claim. I have no passport and no phone in a foriegn country due to a room that. is not inhabitable

I could say it’s a value for money.

The quiet, the coffee shop in front and it’s walking distance from the beach.

There are lots of ants in the bedroom floor. There’s no table to work inside the room. There’s no kettle to heat water for coffee. Was not informed that room cleaning is only 2x max regardless how long you will be staying in the property ( for me I stayed for 19 days).

I wouldn’t stay here for free!

My flight was delayed by 5 hrs meaning that I arrived T the lodgings around 3.30 am.. there were no checkin staff to meet me even though I kept them informed of my delayed flight.. furthermore, I waited at the reception desk for a further 5 hrs as there was nowhere else to go .. I eventually checked into my room just after 9.30 am for the purpose of taking a shower and rest.. there were no toiletries or towels so it is my take on this event that you get what you pay.. sad!

Stay away from this place

Stay away from this place. it's dirty, and it's almost abandoned like. When I arrived very late at night wanting to have a good sleep, the toilet was completely dirty, no toilet paper available, no towels, and no water coming out of the sink. They offered me to change me to an even worse room.

The facilities were great. The.location exceptional. The staff was good and very helpful.

I hated the freaking dog barking all the time. From about 6am it starts. I think they use it as a warning for people being present. It's the ONLY bad thing I experienced. Otherwise it was really exceptional.

first off i stayed here one night, paid cash once i got there. the next afternoon when i got to my new stay i was charged on my credit for a no show fee. the owner never responded and booking.com kept saying that the owner refused to refund. i went back to the guest house and did not leave until i was paid back! my room had a leak in the bathroom, and the ac didn’t work

The location is great, you're just a few minutes away from the headroad with the shops and restaurants. The staff was very nice!

A tip for the staff: make sure there is toiletpaper in the bathroom and enough towels. The rest was good!

The last room I got was better, at least the AC worked ok... There's a small pool, in the main building, but since my room was in another building I never got to use it.

First room I got was really old, moldy, AC didn't work, electricity went off a couple of times because of the bathroom lamp was broken. Nasty toilet, shower wasn't better. Sheets and pillows smelled old or mold or something funky. Second room (the one from the pictures) was better, but still the same issues, more or less, toilet was kinda nasty, room smelled funky, as well as the pillows and the sheets. I didn't stay in the main building, they have 2 rooms around the corner, next to some villas.

it was so dirty looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years then they moved me rooms and the room was FULL of mould it was the most dirtiest place ever and the poor boy was the only staff member and he didn’t speak a word of english i didn’t even end up staying there i booked a different hotel

Exceptional

This was a very nice and quiet experience. The staff was very kind and nice. The main street to get anything is closeby. You can get anything you want. For coffee drinkers, please go out to have coffee, or if you have your own then ask for hot water after 7 AM.

We booked for 2 nights, arrived in the evening after our flight and they had given our room away. He tried to claim that they had cancelled the booking but it still said confirmed on the app and I had no email saying it was cancelled. They then sent us away to another OYO hotel saying that we could stay there and that they had called up in advance but when we arrived they were also fully booked. We spent 2 hours in the rain and dark looking for a room. Would also double check the change they give.

Nothing! need renovation for bathroom!!!!! it was like an horror movie scene. my wife and I are too scared to used it due to hygiene matter. worst experience ever in my life.

everything! staff quality , wifi network, the pool location was a joke, bathroom it’s a nightmare!!! the fridge it’s soooooooo dirty, looks like the hotel keep the bacteria for some biological research. sorry, we don’t took any pictures.too busy to found another property to leave ASAP!!!!
