Big clean room, in a fantastic location, excellent value for money

Location is fantastic, it’s mid way between Seminyak beach access and the central shops of Seminyak but located slightly set back from the main road, down a quiet laneway, up some stairs, opens onto a 2nd floor balcony and its quite literally a large room you can access directly from there- no lobby etc. Super spacious, the room is larger than ones I’ve paid far more for in Bali, helpful staff, perfectly clean, comfortable bed and awesome AC.

We had some issues with the shower head having limescale build up but I contacted the manager and they were super open to the feedback about fixing it. For the size of the room at the price, I feel conflicted even complaining about this. I would still stay again regardless.

I love the room. The Bed sheets smell good and the shower was the best I've got in my entire trip ( 1 month) It has a fridge and kettle in the room Front seat with a table and chairs I’ve extended my stay for 1 more day although I wanted to stay 2 more days, there was not availability. I'm a solo travel and I felt safe and comfortable.

There was an unpleasant smell outside from the trash area. There was a lot of trash from the rooms and surrendering.

The staff was very friendly. We arranged airport pick-up with them which was really good. We arrived after the normal check in time but chatting on WhatsApp was very good to communicate. The room was amazing. Very spacious, clean and modern. Also the bathroom was good. The location was amazing as well as it is very central.

Lovely reasonably priced stay - would recommend

The room itself was decorated very nicely and the bed was comfortable. The location was great as well located only a short walk from seminyak square with lots of food and drink options nearby

I know this is probably no fault of the owners, but we did spot a few rats outside the accommodation and one in the window of one of the rooms in another part of the accommodation (not ours thank god) however when we pointed this out to the staff they did say they will get it sorted

For a short stay, the room did the trick.

The property is conveniently located and I had no trouble finding Gojek drivers to take me around and back to my room. Overall, the room is tastefully furnished.

The bathroom needs a deep clean and the discoloured white towels should be bleached or replaced. Also, I am still unsure about whether there is a checkin desk. The room's door opens onto a side street and, upon arrival, I lingered around for about five minutes until somebody appeared with a key. At checkout, I wandered into a neighbouring property and left the key with a staff member at the pool.

Disappointing

The staff were friendly and the location was great with the beach, shops and restaurants very nearby. The property is also decorated nicely.

Both rooms need proper cleaning and maintenance. The bathroom appeared mouldy, with stained, grey towels and rust stains around the fittings. Many stains on walls, curtains and bed linen. Underneath the TV cabinet appeared to be a plate of rodent poison and many hairs - we could hear many rodents moving in the walls throughout the night although we did not see any.

overall it was pleasure stays in the seminyak congested area. room, bed, toilet everything was perfect. other staff was very helpful and friendly.

they need to maintain the cleanliness to avoid all the flies bugs etc and adjust the 'one guy" attitude to make the environment friendly :)

Everything ✅ So close to the shopping and the beach! Had the most amazing relaxing time there!

The kettle took 10 minutes to boil. The hair dryer was not any good. But at least we had them!

location was terrific, really in the centre of everything staff were very kind and welcoming. you can use the pool next door AC works great sheets and living room felt clean RECOMMEND SECOND FLOOR. feels a lot safer, the lower floor backs onto a communal drive way- would feel good about leaving anything to dry outside etc

bathroom wasn’t very clean the shower had so much mould it’s not funny and the drain overflowed the toilet didn’t feel clean and was smelly

Staircase to the room was too narrow and the terrace's canopy could not hold shield from the rain. It gets slippery and pretty dangerous when it's raining.

Great location, 5 mins of walking from the beach, mall is nearby and many cafes around. Room number one was very spacious with nice antique furniture.

My room was on entrance, and all bikes parked next to my room, I was hearing everything. It was not super clean, as I saw dust on floor.

great location- very close to the main shopping street of seminayk

Poor communication. I booked and advised arriving at 2am - landed at airport to discover they had rejected my booking as only allow checkings between 2pm and 4pm daily. this is my 16th trip to Bali - i've never had this before. Although i've travelled here many times i didnt feel safe in this room - there is no guard and its easy to walk off main street - basic lock on door. Recommend as an overnight while you settle in, but would not stay again. They would not let me cancel booking even though i couldnt check in at 2am, so had to book another hotel for the arrival night which just added more time and effort. Left after 1 night although booked for 3 - room hadnt been cleaned, and just felt all a bit disorganised.
