This hotel needs a make over so bad. This was my third stay at this hotel, I would not stay here again, we got a villa and pool for same price not far from this hotel.

The pool and surrounding terraced area was disappointing. It needs a good upgrade and the tiles around the pool need a good clean and resurface. The plants need some TLC and this great facility is sadly very poor.

Nice villas - the hotel was awful

I really like the villa I got, it was very big and spacious, I would comeback to it. The location was also amazing.

The villa was amazing but the first few nights I stayed in a room in the hotel, this was awful. It was noisy and smelly. We couldn’t sleep the first or second night. The smell of putrid bathrooms smell was terrible, they had to move me a night earlier to a villa and they charged me the difference. I thought that was disgustingly cheeky, but I was not going to argue on a holiday so I paid for it without complaining. However that was not ok. The villa I stayed on the other hand was perfect.

I’m a repeat guest, the location is convenient to everything.

This trip my bathroom drains stank. I reported it twice - the housekeeping solution was to shut the bathroom door and have the light/fan running day and night. It really was horrid.

Everything about the property is great

The bed in the villa wasn’t very comfortable, I’ve stayed in the hotel and villa and the bed in the hotel is more comfortable. Oh and the lock on the bedroom doesn’t work.

Right at the shops

Location is good, right at the shopping mall and a few minutes walk from the beach. Lovely staff, spacious room, comfy bed.

The bathroom drain was a bit smelly, possibly because our room was very close to the pool. It can also get very loud in the pool, especially at night when the drunk guests come to enjoy an after-party dip. The walls are paper-thin, and you can hear everything in the rooms next to ours.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is super comfortable and the staff are incredibly kind and welcoming—special thanks to Mrs. Suji at the front desk for her amazing hospitality. The room was spacious; we stayed in a Junior Suite with a pool view. The location is perfect—close to shopping, great food spots, beach clubs, and the beach. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Just stay here it’s clean big rooms nice staff and best price

Our third time there and again was fantastic. The staff are so lovely and the rooms are massive. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Water bottles provided every day and even showed caps for us long hair girls! The location is so central and easy. The price is phenomenal. Big call but I’ve stayed in Villas and way prefer this hotel.

One small issue is the wifi didn’t work for two days but we had plenty of data so no big deal and also the lift has been broken for a year for one floor (level 2) but it is the secondary lift

Pleasant, but not competitive in the modern market.

It's very centrally located in Seminyak, with a lot to do around it and lots of places that are walking distance away as well. The breakfast was also quite good, appreciated their buffet + a la carte solution.

The room was quite dated, and overdue repairs. The door wouldn't even close properly. The balcony, overlooking Seminyak Square, is supposed to be a plus, but in practice only invites noise from the ground level into the room during the day. Getting to the lobby on the first floor is a tiny bit confusing.

This is honestly such a clean and comfortable stay, for such an affordable price, in such a great location! I thought it would be noisy but it was quiet and great. Cute breakfast restaurant too — really wide selection.

It’s a little run down in areas, but nothing that impacts your stay, and good because it keeps the price down. No mould, no problems, just a dirty curtain mark here and there. The beds are so comfy and luxury. I wouldn’t worry about the small details.

Very reasonable overnight stay

We stayed here because it was an overnight stay and also because of the location at the centre of shopping in Jln Kayu Aya. Breakfast is great with variety of options. Very good value for money.

Hotel rooms are dated. Door to the bathroom can’t close properly. The towels are not pure white, so you know they are old. Bed is not comfortable. However, it would suffice if you are transiting to another hotel or if you have a very late check in time. It gives value for your money.

Can’t fault this place, value for money is exceptional! Will definitely be back.

Staff were lovely, breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable. Rooms are cleaned every day to perfection, it was nice to come back to a fresh room. The pool is nice especially at sunset, beach towels were provided on request as well as luggage storage after we checked out until we left for the airport. Restaurant is also great, staff there were very attentive and the food was nice and fresh no matter what time you eat.
