Room & Vespa 1 - Stay Central Seminyak Near Beach

What a perfect stay. The room is so beautiful decorated and the hotel is really close to everything in this part of Seminyak. Great staff and super clean

Very clean and convenient, large room.

The pool didn’t look like the pictures advertised

Nice room. In a very good location. 10 mins walking distance from the beach. And very close to shops and food places. The shopping Mall is literally at the back of this property.

Very small pool and all shaded. Doesn’t look very nice either I never went in it once. Only 4 sun-beds too. And doesn’t look very clean.

Location is fantastic. Short walk to everything you need in Seminyak.

We have stayed here several times and have noticed a decline in the upkeep of the property. Last year we made reference to the light fitting in the swimming pool being broken and rusty. It still hasn’t been repaired. The pool water level was also below where it should be. The toilet or spray hose is leaking in the room number 3. There are rust stains on the floor related to the issue. The cupboard doors are also getting stuck on the floor when you open them. TV was a dreadful picture on every channel.The antenna needs to be fixed or service replaced completely. The main entry door to the property has also “dropped” and wouldn’t open fully as it was hitting the floor tiles. As a result of the above, we have cancelled our stay in October as the repair list is too long.
