A very good location with welcoming staffs

The location is good and staffs are very helpful and kind. The furnitures were looked old but it didn’t give us any problems while we were staying. At first I was unhappy with the room scents and felt uncomfortable due to smelly. But the staffs accepted our inconveniences and helped out for a better condition of the room.

Pool needs some upgrading. Lights on the steps in the pool were rusted and broken. Outdoor sun chairs could use some new covers.

Cost quiet stay in Seminyak centre.

Nice and quiet yet in the heart of Seminyak. Also a 5 minute walk to the beach. A quiet oasis from the busyness. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was right outside my room. The staff were very polite , friendly and helpful.

No complaints at all. Breakfast was not an option but so many wonderful cafes within very close walking distance so it wasn’t a problem.

Value for money. It’s not a 5 star villa but it has most things you need & it’s very comfortable. The location is very good. There are many restaurants nearby. The staff are amazing - they go out of their way to help you. I will come back again.

Worth the stay

For a trip of two friends, this was the perfect spot. Located near to a mart, cafes and to the mall. The staffs are there 24/7 incase you need anything and they’re very attentive and nice :) The place looks exactly like the pictures they’ve posted too. If you’re staying in Seminyak, this is actually a good place to consider.

No microwave but not really a big problem. Our tv was moldy. The big mirror on the door is old too and full of black dots but also not a problem, just needs to be upgraded.

The air con in our room was fixed twice but still didn’t properly function, making it extremely difficult to sleep at night and you could not be in the room during the day.
