I was disappointed with my stay at Hola Seminyak. The room was not clean upon arrival: the trash bin was full and there were hairs in the toilet bowl. I reported this issue twice, and each time the staff acted as if they understood and would take care of it, but the room was only cleaned after two days. The swimming pool is also very small and not intimate at all. Overall, the cleanliness and service did not meet my expectations.

Great location, terrible shower

The location was great and the room was spacious

The bathroom wasn't very good. The shower head only had water coming out of some of the holes and wasn't enough to be able to wash my hair. Plus theres a sign up advising the hot water takes 10-15 minutes to warm up which is accurate. Felt very wasteful running the shower for 15 mins to be able to have a warm shower under 6 streams of water

We really enjoyed our stay here! The team was friendly and very accommodating — they even waited for us when we checked in late at night. The room was clean, the facilities were good value for the price, and we truly appreciated that they provide a water refill station instead of using plastic bottles.

Walking distance to most places in seminyak

The wall has black spots and mold. The cupboard should be replaced, and the fridge is already rusty. The shower also needs to be fixed immediately, it gets extremely hot even after adjusting it to a normal temperature.

Budget accommodation

Close walk to seminayk square. Everything you need for a one night stay. For the price you really can't complain. They try their best to make it worth your stay. Everything is clean.

The bathroom is quiet small and theres no screen divide between toilet and the shower so everything gets wet. But I only staid to rest and have a quick shower before my flight out so it did what it was meant to.

The bathroom in my room had a bad smell which when I told staff, they put air freshener that helped but the next day the smell was back.. Unsure if just level 1 but like I said the staff were helpful but admitted that the smell was just normal.

The property was close to local amenities. With shops just around the corner and tucked at the end of dead end road it was in a good location. Nice and quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. TV in room.

No hot water in shower in room (and a friends room). Pool constantly filled with leaves and dirty. Overall room required maintenance, shower curtain was black mouldy along with the net curtains on the French doors. Paint flaking off the wall all around the room. Stains on bedding.

Would not stay again

The room was lovely for 1 and looked out onto the pool. The bed was comfy. - the pool was shaded most of the day and there were leaves always in the pool. This could do with being looked after more. - my room was super noisy all night. I must have been next to the boiler. - there was a buzzing noise coming from the electric box in my room. I took a video and showed the man at reception. He came down to have a look. He said this was normal. Buzzing coming from an electric box is not normal.

Disappointing - hotel felt unprepared for anything

Close proximity to most places.

The bin was full when we arrived? No one had bothered to clean the room properly. We had to ask for a drying rack and hair dryer as they weren’t in the room. They give you a water and some coffee/tea but there is no kettle to use them? I assume you have to ask for that too but after asking for half of the rooms equipment I didn’t feel like asking for a third time. There’s also no seating on the balcony which is a shame. It’s a very small space. The rooms were not well kept although clean, paint and decorations were very worn out in the room. The wallpaper was peeling off where the TV was situated. Construction going on so the roof is a tip as it’s used for storage and it’s very loud. We got woken up at 8am most days because of this. We also got woken up by house keeping on random days early morning as there are no do not disturb signs available. It also says indoor swimming pool but it’s actually outside it’s just mostly shaded due to trees and it’s positioning with the sun ect. But it’s never cleaned, so it’s quite slimy and it is full of ants / bugs if you sit next to it on the bean bags so we didn’t get much use out of it.

Overall stay was good, room was comfortable with amazing location.

The location was great, staff were all friendly. The hotel’s former name was Casu Kayu Aya hence Hola Seminyak was a bit challenging to find in Google Map. During our stay some of the hotel rooms was under renovation but it did not affect our stay at all. The room itself and the pool was clean and the bonus part was the TV had an option of Netflix, Prime Video, etc.

Our room was not cleaned on daily basis (only unless you asked them) and when we asked the staff for laundry, the hotel does not do laundry (with extra charges) even if the hotel detail says on Booking.com, that the hotel does daily housekeeping & has laundry available.

Завтрак немного маловат, но очень вкусный. Расположение отличное. Персонал супер приветливый и милый, помогали как могли, я очень доволен. На крыше есть терраса, где можно отдохуть после насыщенного дня с чашечкой кофе в тишине. Также есть отличный чистый бассейн

В номере у изголовья кроватей нет розеток. Это крайне неудобно. Все мы перед сном любим посидеть в телефоне. Тут это невохможно, потому что телефон заряжается в другом углу комнаты

Niet de moeite waard, helaas!

De locatie is goed gelegen, het personeel was erg vriendelijk.

Helaas heb ik niet veel goeds over deze accommodatie. De kamer was niet schoon. Er zaten veel vlekken in het beddengoed, na een paar keer vragen hebben ze dit pas verschoond. Er zijn veel vliegen in de kamer, er is geen warm water in de douche. De deur naar buiten kon niet op slot dus iedereen kon zo naar binnen. Ik zou dus ergens anders boeken waar je voor dezelfde prijs iets beter hebt!
