Location. Many shops nearby. Walking distance to beach. I like the bed and pillow. So comfortable. One of the staff, Intan was very helpful to lend me cash to pay transport during late night ride. (Of course i pay her back after that).

Need to have guest service attendance to handle luggage especially from taxi transport to hotel. The complimentary in room refreshments need to be changed to upgrade. The tea smell bad and one 1 coffee packet on our 1st day. The location is near to bar and too many motorcycles (gojek) waiting at that area at night.

I loved the location ! So close to everything. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Special mention to the security guard we met the day of the 8th of November. Went above and beyond to help us in a tricky situation, making our experience so much better.

Good for a night or 2. Good distance to the airport, about a 20 min drive.

Central location on a quiet side road. Close walking distance to Seminyak Square and Flea Market. Right next door to Mexicola. That was a fun night out. Be aware of the music until late. Didn’t bother us.

NIGHTMARE

Terrible staying , bad smell in the room , broken window with mosquitos , and near club with music till late night so you can immagine the noise till 4 am . They say 5 star hotel , ofc i knew that it wasn’t but even 1 star hotel it is . The worst place that I’ve been it . The bathroom was terrible that a bathroom in a highway , and in the room even the possibility to control the lights . DONT GO THERE

Hotel has gone downhill

We liked how helpful the staff were, especially the door security staff were always chatty and made it feel safe. Bed itself was comfortable and felt clean. The room is a good size and aircon works fine.

We came January 2024 and now October 2025 and in that time the hotel has massively gone downhill, you can see visible lack of maintenance with the pool especially being dirty and only 5 sunbeds which are near on breaking.. if they just replaced these it would instantly look better outside. Maintience also needed on women's toilets downstairs with only 1 out of 2 sinks working. Finally bathroom in room was filthy could tell it never gets a deep clean.

Fair- good location but wouldn't come back

The location was great logistically to the beach, shopping and great restaurants! All within walking distance. The staff were friendly.

The pictures of the hotel are not like what is pictured on bookings.com. the pool is green and only saw one person swim. The rooms are very dated and old and it is as though no maintenance is being done. The hotel is right next door to a nightclub. My mother and I could manage to sleep. The breakfast food was varied but more like dinner options. No bacon but items such as pumpkin soup, vegetables with cheese which are not breakfast items. It's such a shame as due to the location the hotel has so much potential but I felt deceived by the advertising and reviews on bookings.com. trip adviser was more accurate.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - DISGUSTING - NOT PROPERLY CLEANED IN YEARS

There is nothing to like about this property. It is disgusting throughout. The staff is nice and tried to help with upgrading my room twice but all the rooms I was offered were disgusting.

The amenities clearly have not been cleaned in YEARS. Please see the pictures attached before you book. Can only attach 4 pictures on here, I wish I could post all of them. 🤮🤢The toilet was disgusting, the shower looked like it had not been cleaned in a while with hairs even on the walls. The best part was the tap.... accumulated calcium and mould on both the tap head and the toilet flush button. Also not disclosed when booking - the hotel is just next to a club Motel Mexicola. There is loud music until 1:30am in the morning EVERY SINGLE DAY. There is zero soundproofing.

The location is perfect if you want to go around nearby beach in seminyak. We slept in the new room at the new floor. The bed were big.

The facilities a little bit old. Room a little bit dirty (hair on the floor everywhere). The elevator need a clean up. Water in bathroom somehow a bit salty.

Location was great. Close to restaurants, bars, Seminyak Square. We had a room around the back which helped with keeping the noise of the busy street down. Staff we polite and helpful.

Good value for a short stay

We chose the hotel based on the central location and price. Plenty of great local restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, the room itself was very clean and the pool looked nice and sunny. We booked two rooms and they didn’t have any windows, not sure if this was only our rooms but there is not natural light. Personally this is a good hotel for resting/short stays only.

We only stayed one night but left the hotel quite early as we had issues with the toilet and the tap water was quite dirty.
