Clean, well presented, good air conditioning. Great buffett breakfast. It’s what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff are attentive and polite. I would say that the room needs a little extra cleaning attention to be up to covid standards - window glass around bathroom , tv covered in hand marks. I travel with cleaning products for my own protection and give my room a thorough clean before unpacking. Breakfast was good for the price. If you are looking for a low cost option the harris seminyak is a great deal.

Very comfortable, convenient area and pretty quiet.
Good amenities like the gym and pool.
Food was also surprisingly good, though I only had a piza.
