I have visited the place quite often and always enjoyed to stay there. I like the place, but since I have been there the first time about 6 years ago it seems that the management haven’t done anything to keep the place in shape. Because of that some things are not in a very good condition. The most annoying thing was that the keylock was not working properly all the time, that the refrigerator was not closing by just swinging the door you have to push it to get closed. The kitchen was not properly equipped. For example the where some glasses but all in different sizes and shapes. I would say to use the kitchen for to cook a meal is not possible.
All the guys working there are extremely friendly and helpful but some although very lazy.
But next to all of this I will stay there again

I enjoyed my stay at Bali Yarra Villas. The loft-style apartment was spacious and offered plenty of room to relax. The location was walkable, with lots of dining and shopping options nearby, which made exploring easy and enjoyable.
Getting there by car was a bit tricky due to the narrow alleyway leading to the property, but once settled in, walking to the main street was no problem. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Seminyak.
