The location was nice and the staff were friendly, but the management handled our situation very poorly. We made a last-minute booking because the first property we stayed at was very dirty. By mistake, we accidentally booked 2 rooms instead of 1. Even though we explained the situation immediately and only used one room, the hotel refused to cancel the extra booking. Instead, they still gave us another room that we never needed and charged us fully for it. Unfortunately, Agoda was also unable to help because the hotel management simply did not care and took advantage of our honest mistake. Very disappointing experience from the management side. *** room we stay but *** room extra unfrotunalty we paid . well thanks but careful next before book double check

Great hotel in the heart of Seminyak, the staff are amazin. Marta at the Pizzeria restaurant was great, always helpful and always smiling. I would recommend 100%

the floor is very dirty, not cleaned, mopped properly. Some chairs in the room are broken, cracked. even the substitute is still broken. Towels are not so clean, can see from the colours. some are torn.
