CROSS PAASHA HAS GREAT ROOMS AND IS IN A GOID LOCATION IN SEMINYAK. IT IS DEFINITELY NOT FOR FAMILIES WITH KIDS THOUGH. THE THINGS THAT LETS THE PLACE DOWN ARE THE VERY DIRTY COVERS AND CUSHIONS ON DECK CHAIRS AND THAT BROKEN WOODWORK ON CABANAS AND SUN UMBRELLAS NEVER GETS FIXED. IF YOURE AIMING AT 5 STAR CROSS PAASHA PAY ATTENTION. CLEAN THE CUSHIONS A SUN MATTRESS REGULARLY AND FIX BROKEN THINGS IMMEDIATELY. ALL THIS LETS THE PLACE DOWN BADLY.

Hotel toom large with plenty of additional seating, very well laid out and very clean. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, when i was sick, provided the specially adapted meal i requested,. Great choices for breakfast.. The pool on the roof beautiful with comfortable sun beds. Meal prices for a hotel was very reasonable. Hotel in a good loxation easy to walk most places and a 10 mins walk to beach.

We chose this hotel due to the facilities shown on the hotel website such as the gym and the day spa. When we arrived we found the gym was nothing like what was shown in the picture and the day spa did not exist anymore. Very disappointed.

Great location. I love that you can walk outside the hotel and you have shopping, restaurants, bars, mini mart etc at your fingertips. Also loved that the hotel work on 24hr check out. We checked in at 7pm and were able to check out at 7pm. We didn’t need to find another day room or pay extra to stay longer which worked well for us as flight was 9.30pm. Huge corner suit. We loved our room, it was so spacious but the only downside with the corner suite was it was situated right at the front of the hotel so the noise was pretty bad for most of the day/night. Breakfast good, no issues and totally worth including. Staff were also great and accomodating which I’ve found is fairly standard for Bali hotels. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Nice location, but not a pleasant smels in the public areas.. When we checked-in our room, we saw a couple of Geckos under the minibar fridge and water leaking from the cealing where the aircondition unit installed. There were loud noises from the aircondition unit which were disturbed Over night sleep.

Fantastic location with shopping and restaurants right outside. This was our third stay and the hotel is starting to show some wear and tear. Lovely large rooms and comfy beds. We checked in very late and our air conditioner was making a terrible noise and we couldn’t sleep. We let them know and they said they had looked at it but nothing had changed. I mentioned it again and we managed to change rooms which was great. The breakfast is on the rooftop which was a lovely setting but the menu was limited. We checked in very late and the 24 hour check out system is a great option as we had a late flight out and we were able to stay in our room until the same time that we had checked in. This made a huge difference to our last day. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel. Good location. The rooms were large and clean, plenty of amenities. Breakfast was the best choice ive had included in my stay ever. Pool area was alway clean, never had a problem with getting a bed but it could fill up at times. Staff was all very good, nothing too much trouble to help. Would definitely use this hotel again

Whilst the Cross Passha may not be the flashiest hotel it is wonderful in service and location. The rooms are large and spacious and the staff are welcoming and helpful. We loved our 8 nights there.

Our stay at Cross Paasha was amazing, for our first time in Bali it was such a wonderful experience. The staff were so friendly and attentive, especially Bayu and Sumari, they went out of their way to make our stay so relaxing. Spending most of our time poolside the staff were on hand to take our food and drink orders which meant there was nothing else to do but relax. Both the food and drink menu had plenty of options and the prices were reasonable too. The rooms were very comfortable, well set out and lovely and cool. There is shopping within a short walk from the property with a lot of options, also a bakery with great coffee in Seminyak Village. We just loved our stay at Cross Paasha.

This hotel was in a really good spot for shopping, spa treatment's etc. The staff were really great & the rooms spacious & clean. The rooftop pool was great but it would be good if it had a hot pool also. I would recommend to my friends.

The pictures are highly photoshopped and even that from the property's hay-day. Rather disappointing in reality. The hotel room (and other communal spaces) was dirty, walls and ceiling mouldy and water damaged from condensation. Bathroom area looks like a poor diy job, that's falling apart and dirty. Large glass door in toilet was unhinged. Floors dusty, hairs on it and residue coming out of floor overnight from aircon. The building itself dark corridors with musty smell. Staff were lovely when asked to move or deep clean room, but alternative room was not much different. Breakfast staff were the best, they were very friendly and attentive.

Really good 4 star hotel very centrally located. Had a ground floor room that was a good size with a comfortable bed. Had a small ‘balcony’ but unusable especially as a smoker. Smokers have to go out the front or onto the rooftop terrace which was not the most convenient. Staff were great and very attentive to any requests. Breakfast was tasty, a bit limited but fine for a few days. The bubbles was a nice touch. Great views from up top too

The staff absolutely delightful and the central location and convenience to restaurants etc. Although the hotel is very run down with no apparent ongoing maintenance it now needs major renovations to bring back it’s overrated status.
