The bungalow, without a private pool, was roomy but quite dark, even with curtains open. I had hoped to have an area to sit outside, so was disappointed when there was none. My only issue was only lukewarm water in the shower. I would stay again as it is convenient, but would be sure to book a room with a pool.

Was a great place however, we were under the impression that there was a pool, a general one for villas, the description and photos are deceiving. Also the spa charges in USD which is outrageous, we definitely were ripped off.

Perfect, dreamy villa right off the action! We had garden room #2 and it was perfect! The food is amazing (order breakfast to your villa), you can walk from the back right out to the main strip and have a fun night at La Favella! The spa on site is incredible and the staff is top notch accommodating and kind! Cant wait to come back!

I cannot rate the stay I had with Disini high enough. Staff were all so friendly and helpful, food was always excellent, room was gorgeous. You won't regret staying here.

There are much better places in Seminyak and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere. When we arrived we were advised that our rate would not include breakfast despite our booking confirmation noting free breakfast. Staff were clearly aware of this issue noting it has happened to numerous other guests however they refused to provide breakfast and were in no way apologetic noting that we should contact hotels.com as “it wasn’t their issue”. Their page is also misleading and should note there is NO common pool access for the “garden view” rooms; this view is in fact a view of a wall with a plant in front of it. The room itself was dated with a broken shower head that was waist high and the water was often cold. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Disappointed that on our booking it said we were in a Villa and when we got there we were told that we are in a bungalow. Staff, property and location were excellent overall but not being in what we were expecting and without a pool given it was hot was disappointing.

Overall a good experience. Hotel arranged all our taxi transfers before and after. Location is perfect, short walk to main shopping area with loads of restaurants and shops near by. Amazing villa with our own private pool, Lanai, outdoor kitchen and beautifully appointed bathroom. Huge super king bed that was so comfortable. Staff were helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.
