The bungalow, without a private pool, was roomy but quite dark, even with curtains open. I had hoped to have an area to sit outside, so was disappointed when there was none. My only issue was only lukewarm water in the shower. I would stay again as it is convenient, but would be sure to book a room with a pool.

There are much better places in Seminyak and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere. When we arrived we were advised that our rate would not include breakfast despite our booking confirmation noting free breakfast. Staff were clearly aware of this issue noting it has happened to numerous other guests however they refused to provide breakfast and were in no way apologetic noting that we should contact hotels.com as “it wasn’t their issue”. Their page is also misleading and should note there is NO common pool access for the “garden view” rooms; this view is in fact a view of a wall with a plant in front of it. The room itself was dated with a broken shower head that was waist high and the water was often cold. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Overall a good experience. Hotel arranged all our taxi transfers before and after. Location is perfect, short walk to main shopping area with loads of restaurants and shops near by. The bed was comfortable and pool was warm. The breakfast was average and the rooms were a little dated. In need of an upgrade.

Very good property. The BIG issue is with BOOKING on your site. The visuals show something and what you get is something else. I saw visuals showing pool in the villa and I booked that asap. When I reach the venue ,I realise that I was CHEATED. The visuals don’t match and the room was a bungalow and not pool villa. You guys SUCK!!!

Excellent as always. The staff at Disini went above and beyond the expected service levels. My wallet had been stolen before my arrival to Bali. I had no cash / credit cards. The staff paid for the taxi, helped me with the police and they made sure I was fine. They provided as much care as my mother would have provided. It will never been forgotten.

Fantastic villa and even better pool. Was my partners first overseas trip and Disini villas will be hard to beat on future holidays. The staff could not be more polite and helpful. The complementry one-way transport in the Seminyak area topped off the great experience. Close to fantastic eateries, shops and markets. Had a great week at Disini and we could not get back to our villa quick enough most days to get into our own pool. The position and layout of the villa and pool made you feel like you were secluded, and there was virtually no noise heard from the nearby busy streets. I will have to look hard to beat the fantastic Disini villas for future holidays.

Plus points: - cosy villas, nice design - Indoor bedrooms & outdoor living / dining / kitchen - complementary water / soft drinks / beer every day - excellent service staff - excellent location for food and rest - while the exit takes you to a small road right into the middle of Jalan Laksmana - dining options in abundance, you can't hear traffic noise from the villa Cons: - poor location of the television set, but then in Bali, why watch TV when there's so much else to do) - a tad further from the beach & Ku De Ta - about a 15 mins walk
