I had an amazing stay at this hotel in IZE! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and cared for. A special thank you to Ema and Yantii, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. Their warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality truly made a difference. The service was consistently excellent, and their friendly smiles and helpful attitude made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Bali—great location, comfortable rooms, and outstanding staff. Can’t wait to come back!

The room was fantastic. Couldn't ask for more. Very spacious. Alot of room to walk around and not feel so cramped up. Bathroom, very modern and clean. Huge sink area which was really helpful so 2 or more people can place their toiletries at the same time. Small balcony area with a clothes line so you can hang clothes out to dry. Love it. The beds were actually so clean and comfortable as well. The location is perfect as well. Dead centre of the main street. Walking distance to everything. Convenience store just downstairs. Restaurants literally everywhere. You won't regret staying here. Loved it.

Friendly and attentive staff. Great location and amenities. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious. The room was very comfortable with everything I needed to relax and rest. The rooftop was very peaceful with amazing views. Excellent air conditioning! I felt very safe there. Highly recommend!

Location of the hotel is convenient, in the heart of seminyak. restaurants, convenience stores and clubs are within minutes walk. 10 minutes walk to the beach. there's security 24/7 so its safe. lobby staffs are very friendly. rooms are of a good size and very comfortable.

Slightly disappointed in this hotel. It is convenient for the local area but the room was disappointing. It was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable and the hotel in general seemed like it needed some attention.y kettle leaked, my shower leaked and kept stop working, the towels were dirty and falling apart.

Very good experience, great location - walkable to nearby restaurants, cafes etc. Excellent front desk and staff, very warm, welcoming and helpful. They go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable. Room was very clean and with all required amenities. Breakfast which was included in the stay was excellent, they went out of their way to make vegan options for my wife. All in all we had a great time and would recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Hotel is near to everywhere. family mart is just across the street.is walkable to shopping mall.But to find halal food is quite a hassle. There is quite a few mosquito inside the room.
