Initially, it was supposed to stay for two weeks but extended my stay for another week and believe me, it was full of te

My experience staying here was like staying at my favorite auntie and uncle’s home. They were very accommodating and patient and always made sure I had something to fill my stomach. Not to mention, I have created some new connections with friends and absolutely can’t wait to return next spring! Lastly, I was feeling a little sad because I was there alone for my birthday and they shared a birthday cake with me and the children made me a lovely handmade gift! I highly recommend this villa! Well done!

Walk to beach

Close to the beach. Good communication via WhatsApp before arrival. Owners arranged airport transport.

The location was very close to the market and the beach. Money exchange places and scooter rental places are very easy to find. The staff was polite and friendly.

The bathroom was very old and the tap water was smelling very bad. The room floors were dirty. The facility needs renovation especially the bathroom.

JS Guesthouse - you get what you pay for

Location, and it had a bar fridge in the room.

Taps and mirror in bathroom were grimy. Found a vape in the bed that did not belong to us in one room and a beer bottle under the bed in the other room. Bedding in one room was stained (owner did change it on request) One Plug point in room did not work. Very small rooms

Clean and comfortable. Exceptional value and location. I love the smart TVs in the room. Remember to bring your assword if you want to sign in to any of the streaming services on offer.

I have only stayed in their budget accommodation rooms so I cannot comment on their more expensive offerings. No frills and some slight inconveniences. The shower want in Room number 1 leaks. Only one of the two outlets in Room number 2 is functional.

This day was so comfortable we didn't want to leave.

This felt like staying with family and didn't feel like a hotel at all, the food was excellent the people were welcoming just really wonderful people anytime I'm in Bali I will definitely be back here to stay. Only 2 minutes walk to the beach!

Close to the beach and flea market.

The owner and his family were nice. They greeted me. We had a small talk about my travel plans and the Kuta beach. On the veranda there are 2 chairs, a table, and a drying rack where I could dry my towels and clothes after swimming. The location is near to Kuta beach. From this side of Kuta beach, I could walk along the beach until Legian. It was a nice long evening stroll. The smart TV with Netflix and amazon prime is something.

So lucky to find the perfect spot for my first time in Seminyak.

The location was excellent, easy walking distance to everything , shops, restaurants, flea market , beaches . I specially enjoyed the walk along sari dewi and the spa next door and the wonderful Goodday Warung . The family run Homestay was welcoming and tasty breakfast and Bali coffee was available all day long . Special thank you to Juli who was always there to help and who organised my transport to the airport .

Best Budget-Friendly, Traditional Stay on the Beach!

The host was amazing! He lives right next door with his sweet family, and they're always helpful and positive about everything! The location was amazing! Just a 5 minute walk from the beach, from Seminyak Village and most, popular restaurants. There's parking space if you decide to rent a scooter, the Wi-Fi was really good and stable for work! The room was great and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay. AC worked great, we had a wardrobe big enough for 2, comfy bed and a mini fridge. Also there are options for breakfast and drinks on-site, and a mini outdoor seating area for every room. It has a very traditional feel to it from the outside and looks nice and well kept! Also the host was helpful enough to let us leave luggage with him while we're on our mini trips to the Gili Islands for the next week. Thank you so much!

THE PERFECT GUEST HOUSE IN SEMINYAK!

I have no words to explain the good vibes that this place gave me The whole family is so nice ,the omelette and the room was perfect!

There was nothing that I didn't like...I really gonna come back for sure...no other place like this in Seminyak...it's perfect... In an area of villages to disconnect of everything ... Thank you to the owner his brother his son and the little girls and his mum .they such a nice family!! They help you any time you need it!

Very functional rooms, everything working, good furniture (bed too soft so not for a long stay) even a fridge. So close to the beach, can do everything by foot !! Perfect for short stay (2 nights). Not the most modern but it’s clean and value is really good. One toilet not working well in one room.

The staff was really nice and the pancakes were delicious. The beach is also nearby.

The bedsheets were dirty. The sink is really small and under a bathroom cabinet so you spill water everywhere when you use it, the water pipe was also leaking.

It was in a good location. The aircon was good. The staff were very friendly.

The wifi basically didn’t work. We payed for the included breakfast which was mid and didn’t come one day. The toilet wasn’t properly sealed and consistently leaked all over the bathroom floor, especially after flushing.

Exceptional

Everything, particularly the location and distance from Beach and Market. It's Just in the middle and alongside super expensive Oberoi Resort. The staff lady was super courteous, friendly and supportive. Breakfast was marvelous. Everything worked well.

Frankly speaking, nothing could have been better. However, the price may be considered to be reduced.. I paid around 300,000 IDR per night. Anytime around 200,000 to 225,000 should be fine.
