Expensive stay saved by beautiful staff

Staff were beautiful and welcoming

Room was noisy at as pool bar was right outside and played music until closing and could hear guests upstairs. Only given 1 room key between me and my partner and it was misplaced (our fault) and staff were unable to replace as they said they didn’t have enough plastic key cards and instead had to come open the door when they could each time which was not great given price of stay. Expected better quality food for price and private pool was quite dirty. Room was small but nice, although projector often played up. We were awoken by the aircon making loud mechanical noises one morning spitting water and ice at us.

Sensational Sini Vie

Om Swastyastu. A beautiful resort in the heart of Seminyak. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and made the place what it is. Special thank you to Parwa, Eric, Firda, Ryan and everyone who made us feel welcome and catered for at all times. A true experience of the friendliness of Indonesian people. The villa was spacious and comfortable and the private pool great for a quick cool down from the humidity. Resort food was of a good quality throughout and the facilities are well kept. The spa massage was incredible. A highlight was the therapists saying a prayer for us before our treatment. I will miss Sini Vie and the amazing people that work there.

Not much but if I had to list a few things: Villas are quite close to eachother so your neighbour's are very audible in the bathroom area. The toilet and shower area can get "stuffy" and give off some odors.

Nothing as such - just that they were extremely hasty in collecting payments. For example i had lunch / snacks from the hotel restaurant. They would immediately show up for the payment or would start messaging me on WhatsApp to clear the payment.. they could’ve done cleared the payment when i was checking out, like other hotels

Amazing time in Bali, we loved it

It was everything we hoped for and more - very relaxing, great pool, lovely and varied buffet breakfast, amazing staff. Complimentary massage was fantastic as was the bath on the balcony. Bed was super comfortable, loved the big and firm pillows. Airport pick up and drop off was great and easy to organise.

Note to management - I assume there is a directive for staff to ask guests for feedback very often, and although they always asked in a very polite and nice way, I thought it was not necessary to be asked for feedback after everything.

We were not happy with the standard of this resort, for a 5 star it was not maintained well looked very old and our room was tiny, for the amount of money you pay you can find better in Seminyak- also the pictures are very deceiving.

Amazing and peaceful

We loved everything about the property. Private pool, lagoon view and the entire ambience was just too good. Also to mention Eric was an amazing staff who helped us with everything.

Great first experience first time visiting Bali 🍹

The friendly staff so welcoming and the facilities was great. We loved our stay. From a smooth check in after a long day of travelling Dedi and Dia were amazing. Couldn't fault the staff service all around bar restaurant but Ratna was a stand out. Brekky every day of our stay was so good. Free shuttle to the seminyak square was a bonus to start any day.

Probably a bit more food options in the hotel restaurant but otherwise everything was good.

Warm and very attentive staff

We really liked the quiet location, the room was very clean and cozy during the rainy season but also nice and open for warmer days. We are especially grateful for the team, Parwa and Dwi and the rest of the team for all your help, my husband and I both had Bali Belly and they were very helpful bringing us warm porridge, toast, fruit - they were very attentive to us especially during that time of need. It made us feel more safe. Everyone is also super friendly greeting us with smiles always!

Superb Resort Stay- Highly Recommend

Beautiful pool/lagoon area, room was excellent! We had a room with private pool and lagoon access which was nice could walk straight out into the main pool. Facilities where clean, the staff were so friendly and welcoming, and the food was 5 star!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ This was the most beautiful place I’ve stayed in Bali and will be back many times more in the future to stay at this beautiful resort

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like just some suggestions and advise for other travellers/guests: - Guests: pre-book for spa treatments it was difficult to get a walk in appointment - Guests: there were minimal stores nearby (walking distance) so recommend the complimentary shuttle into Seminyak Square every 2 hours for the resort - Resort: maybe cushions for the pool nets would make them more comfy to lay on for longer periods

A very positive experience – highly recommended!

The staff were extremely kind and always helpful. We stayed in a villa with a private pool – the room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the necessary comforts. A big plus was the attentive staff, who came to clean the pool every time we asked (even several times a day). The hotel is in a good location, about 10 minutes by taxi from the center of Seminyak. We also tried the spa, which we really enjoyed.

The restaurant could be improved: the open kitchen causes strong smells inside, and the food wasn’t to our taste, so we preferred to eat elsewhere afterwards.

Awesome Resort, Excellent Amenities, The Best Staff!

The resort was incredible with amazing amenities including the on-site Spa. The room has all the latest/modern facilities for wellness, as well as entertainment including Netflix, YouTube, Prime, Alexa with Spotify, and a projector. The highlight of the stay was the incredibly helpful and kind staff. Diah was the Guest Relations Manager who made our stay comfortable, exciting and memorable. Even though we stayed for only a short time, we will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and coming back here for our next Bali visit again!

The onsite Japanese restaurant served amazing Japanese food options. However, the room service food could have been better with more cuisine options and better taste The robe and some of the cushions had a distinct odor which wasn't the most pleasant. But nothing that couldn't be changed.

We arrived 2 hrs early and lack of English we waited the full 2 hrs to be checked in there were quiet a few of us waiting very unprofessional - manager did come and speak with us and apologise which was amazing spa pool with the room small for two people and the pool in our room step was so big to get in my husband could not due to his hip

Fantastic

This property truly was beautiful! The rooms were stylish and comfortable, with the perfect touch of having your own little pool. The staff were incredible, always smiling, so attentive, and genuinely helpful, which really makes all the difference. I felt so well taken care of throughout our stay. The food in the morning was also excellent, a great way to start each day. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Bali!

The only downside was the bathroom: the robe had a bad smell, the pipes left the bathroom with an unpleasant odor, and there was some hair left from previous guests.

Check in was smooth, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They were kind enough to store our luggage with them for a couple of weeks whilst we explored other areas travelling lighter. Which was amazing!

We stayed in the pool villa and also one of the grand smart suites - the grand smart suites, although the cheaper room, was more spacious, and had been updated more recently, and had a lovely view over the fields and the local village. The pool villa felt a little cramped and tired in comparison. Not a huge amount of space to chill outside.

Really far from a true 5-star experience

I am really disappointed with this hotel, which is supposed to be a "5-star" hotel. The building is very beautiful and welcoming, especially the pool area, which is very nice. Their Shichirin restaurant is fantastic, delicious and reasonably priced.

On the other hand, there are many, perhaps too many, negative aspects: first of all, the staff. I don't understand how a hotel like this can have 5 stars with such incompetent staff. In fact, during our stay, they made dozens of blunders and misunderstandings about the prices of the services offered, giving us incorrect prices several times (the room service staff did not even speak English well, which is absurd in a five-star hotel). What's more, the most serious incident occurred in the spa. We booked a 90-minute couples massage, which lasted 65 minutes, and when we pointed this out at check-out, they did absolutely nothing except offer us ONE Coca-Cola taken from the minibar as compensation (which is slightly less expensive than a 90-minute massage...). In addition, the room minibar was practically empty, without even bottled water, but only a tank of 'drinking water' (completely absurd in a 5-star hotel), and when we asked for water for the room, they charged us at the restaurant with its relative prices instead of applying the minibar price, which I did not find at all fair. It was also inconvenient to have to pay immediately for any extras, even water or room service, despite being guests at the hotel. As for the room, which is very nice, unfortunately it is not 90 square metres as stated in the description, but perhaps 60 square metres if you include the outdoor area. This was another very serious issue for me because I did not have the space I had imagined. Another rather absurd thing is that on all the days when the room was cleaned, we were only provided with one shower towel each, without any other towels for our hands or faces. Furthermore, I found several worms on the ground during my stay. In addition, the concierge service via WhatsApp is too intrusive and often suffocating with messages about the various services offered almost every hour, daily good morning and good night messages, etc.

The peacefulness and isolation away from the busy streets of Seminyak Centre is what gives Sini Vie Luxury resort that one up on other hotels. The friendly staff makes it comforting with a smile every time you pass one of them.

Super Nice Villa

All of staff were really nice and helpful, nice and clean villa. I like the simple buffet breakfast which I more prefer healthy breakfast instead of big breakfast, but if you like big breakfast you still have much choices for your breakfast. The suttle bus to the shopping center was really helpful. Spa was excellent. We got mosquitoes at the first night and they took care of it and all was good.

The jacuzzi bath was bit dirty when we arrived. Should be clean as we just checked in and someone must have been clean the villa ready for us.
